    I have been trying to get a confirmation regarding my cancellation as of last month. To this date I have none. We are going out of state and wish to cancel all further deliveries please. When I first started to receive your product I was informed of EASY cancellation. So far I have contacted your company 3 times by email and once by telephone which I was told I would receive a call back--have not. PLEASE stop all deliveries. I received ********* and was charged on my credit card, therefore I am done with your product. DO NOT SEND ANY FURTHER PACKAGES. Please confirm cancellation before I have to take further steps for non-payments on my credit card.

    I would rather give zero stars if I had a choice. This is the most worse customer service ever experienced. Im writing this review on behalf of my mother. She wants to cancel her membership but the customer service is lacking or rather non-existent. She called the number provided several times and no one seems to answer nor return her voicemails. After not getting a response after the first email, she finally got a response to the second email she sent asking for assistance to cancel her membership. The customer service representative by the name of ****** wrote an email and in that email he stated, If you still wish to cancel your subscription, we completely understand. Please reply with "NO Cancel Subscription," and we will send you instructions on how to complete the cancellation process in accordance with our returns policy. To which she did. She waited 24 hours for an email with instructions to further cancel her subscription and she received no such email. She replied a second time with NO, Cancel Subscription. This is the second time Im responding. Please cancel my membership. Still no reply to her response with clear instructions on how to cancel membership. No customer service representative has returned any of her voice mails to assist her yet.

    Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry we were unable to speak with your mother directly. Since ****** provided options to avoid cancelling the membership, we wait 2 days for a reply. If there is no reply, then we cancel the subscription and email the person on record with the subscription cancellation confirmation. Since there was a reply, we will cancel the subscription and send your mother a confirmation.

    I ordered their product that claimed to get rid of bed bugs and stated it kills on contact,only to discover it was not true as they claimed.I would not want to reorder and I want a refund.

    Terrible customer service!! No in person communication, items promised in 5 days did not arrive until 20 days later. By that time I had taken my pet to the vet to receive treatment. Numerous attempts to obtain goods return information not ONE reply.

    I thought this product was working but after 2-3 days the ants are crawling all over where Ive sprayed.Ive read the instructions several times and applied it as youve ******* just wondering if the product is too diluted?I put the directed ounces in with the product, so Im stumped.

    Bud MD is a farce. I made the concoction according to the instructions and the stuff didnt **** off ants or any kinds of pests. No I have to resort to bombing the house

    My problem is that I had apparently requested a subscription on this product (the patches) because they keep coming. The product did not work for me and I want to STOP any upcoming shipments. Please advise as to how I can do this. Thank you.
