    **** was so informative and so helpful in helping me regain access to my ******** account. She gave me hope that I will once again be able to check my account.     ****** was so helpful and polite. He helped me through the process and took the time to explain what to do to get a refund that I didn't understand I had signed up for by accident. I would have been paying for something I didn't realized I had signed up for. I was lucky to get connected to him.

    I've used 6YA since 3/22. Called them 4 times for Vet,computer, wifi and credit card issues. They are outstanding. I received excellent and professional service, did not have to wait but 30 seconds to be connected to each expert, and better yet, every individual not only knew what they were talking about, they were able to assist me. Thank you 6YA. You are a gem in the ****! ***** *******

    I was having trouble with my Match.com account and a help message popped up that ***** would help me. They then signed me up for an unauthorized account which I did not agree to. I had to contact my bank, dispute the charges. They even sent me an email from 6ya.com with a business of Help in secons asking me to rate them and then telling me I should not dispute these charges!!! It is a scam!
