    This is a scam! I checked my bank account and saw a charge for $49! I have never seen nor heard of this organization and I DID NOT sign up for this! Scam, scam, scam!!!*******************************

    Not sure where the negatives are coming from. The young man that worked with me was patient. Was having trouble logging in to HBOMax The problem was I was still signed in to an old account with a expired email. Streaming fine now.

    They lied. Said they would give my $50 back, but didn't. This is a scam. What's worse, they scam people who are turning to them for help bacause they have already been scammed by someone else on **** or other source on the internet. The only reason they even got one star is so I could write this. DON'T TRUST THESE "PEOPLE"

    Never heard of 6YA and can't find out what they do. I was also charged a mystery fee of $50 and I do NOT want to pay it for no service. Waiting for this stellar crew to get back to me and return my money. I was scammed once and know better. Once you have returned my money, please go away.

    **** was very patient with me and I count my blessings that I was able to speak with him. You are very fortunate to have an employee like **** and I would recommend him to anybody hands-down. And if your other employees are anything like **** then 6YA doesn't have any problems concerning customer service!
