    This Company is not customer service oriented. Look out they will take your money without providing any service. I had a lot of trouble getting a refund based on the fact that they never helped me with any problem. I have after much back and forth and nasty emails, never was I routed to a live person, been promised a refund. I hope this happens. Please stay clear of this company. You can find help from the company you originally got services.

    Absolute scam
    Trying to reach my internet provider. Somehow ended up on their site thinking it was my internet provider. They charged me $45
    Of course will never get back to me to discuss.
    The dishonesty trying to keep me on the phone makes me wonder how they can even go to work there.

    I went online to file a complaint against the delivery company that work for Lowe's home improvement store. 6YA was the first site that appeared on my computer representing Lowe's home improvement store. After explicitly describing my complaint, the six white a site lead me to a page that asked for my credit card, home phone number and email address. In the fine print it said that there would be a one dollar fee for their services and would be a $49 fee yearly afterwards. I refused to fill that information out once I realized that they wanted money. The first word that comes to mind is FRAUD! They claim to be resolving an issue between me and Lowes, however they were actually trying to get my personal information and signed me up for a yearly fee for their services. What their services are, I still do not know. Warning to anyone that comes across their email address! Call or write the Better Business Bureau if you have had the same issue with this company! *****************

    This company is a joke and a scam. There were NO DISCLAIMERS stating that 6ya is a 3rd party customer service that requires a card number and a fee. I am posting this on behalf of my mother. She was trying to get to Amazon prime customer service and something popped up to supposedly "verify" that she was the account owner, next thing she knows she loses $50 out of her account. The refund that was requested better come.
