    **** explained that sometimes the Instacart app will take away replacement or refund orders for out of stock items and I should just make them again. Also the notation that replaced my cart symbol said "new cart". He said it didn't mean my order was being duplicated. He was polite and spoke clearly.

    I think that this company is taking people's money because I went on line to cancel paramount + this site pops up I put in my information which they said was a $1 and they took $49.00 I really need my money back on my card because I didn't sign up for this I been waiting 4 days for my refund and yall haven't put it back on my card please put my money back on my card

    ***********, was friendly, courteous, helpful, patient, and efficient. He is the type person that's right where he belongs. Many individuals that work help desk are just the opposite of helpful, but he comes across as someone who cares and likes his job helping people.

    I was signing up for Peacock . And had trouble getting on. A a popped up (thinking it was Peacock I continued thinking peacock is helping me resolve my problem. I was charged $49 and $1. and they never mentioned anything about charging me Or signing me up for an automatic renewal I never agreed to anything! Why is this happening to senior citizen VERY BAD Company.

    Hi Mary, you signed up with us on 08/29/2022 and there was a disclaimer there showing the price to sign up letting you know about monthly charges etc. You accepted it and then you entered voluntarily your payment information. That same day you spoke with one of our experts who helped you with the issue you had with Peacock. Your account is canceled, and no more charges will occur again unless you signed up with us again. I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH PEACOCK SO I PUSHED CUSTOMER SERVICE BUTTON THEN BOOM A PAGE POPS UP AND I THOUGHT IT WAS PEACOCK SO I ENTERED MY INFORMATION AND DEBIT CARD FOR PEACOCK TO HELP ME, I HONESTLY THOUGHT I WAS WORKING WITH PEACOCK'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. 6ya KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY'RE DOING. 6ya HAVE DONE IT TO NUMEROUS PEOPLE JUST READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND YOU'LL SEE THAT 6ya ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS. THEY ARE DOING THIS TO INNOCENT PEOPLE. THESE SCAMMERS AT 6ya MAKE YOU THINK YOU'RE WORKING WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE WEBSITE YOU'RE HAVING TROUBLE WITH. 6ya JUST LIKE CONNING AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND YOUR MONEY .NOW I'M OUT $50.00 BECAUSE OF THESE SCAMMERS AT 6ya.     Cleveland was patient and very helpful with that said would you help me with got me into the app cuz I was looking for but after the conversation when I went to get back into the app it was the same issues so the UPS app is not worth a darn they need help real bad

    I was shocked to see my credit card was charged on 07/24 twice! The first charge was $1 and the second charge was $49.. I tried calling them but they have you send a text to Support.6YA.com, which I did asking what the charges were for. I have never received a text back or contact of any kind. I would like to know what the charges were for. I don't know even how I got evolved with this company while I was online or what they do.
