    I was charged a service fee from 6YA Inc on my debit card without my permission. I did't give them permission to do that, I'm on a budget and I need that money back on my debit card. I'm a single mom of two children and I can not afford this company to take my money without my permission. Please help me. Thank You.

    Get u to put credit card info they promise no charge, just to fill paperwork, lie they charge before u get done with the form,no help at all,all lies, support no help wouldn't hear my side ,charges for no service they lied from the start customer service no help just repeat them selfs like a robot ,I was charged before I even talked to anyone,said I have to put credit card info to finish filling forms out and they wouldn't charge card until I talked with a human I was charged way before I finished the form a lie to start with ,then I'm put over to support the guy said he couldn't help me with my problem this is a 1min help support no help at all ,then lie again saying I talked with a guy I never talked to any such person the guy that took my call I couldn't pronounce his name he said he couldn't help ,I gladly pay for my services but this place has lied all the way through from start to end took $ before I talked to any human ,they say the policy says they charge to get help with support I never got that either again they lied saying I got help from a guy lies again the company is not trust worthy and they lie alot

    I was somewhat confused with the various headings and sites on the sling TV availability so actually getting to speak to someone really made a difference and the young man I talked with was very very helpful thank you so much

    I signed up for Peacock for 5.36mo. And had trouble getting on. A number came on the screen and I called it (thinking it was Peacock). A guy came on the line and tried helping me, unsuccessfully, never asking me if I had satellite or cable. I volunteered after 40 minutes that I had Dish, and we got right on to Peacock. I was charged $199. and they never mentioned anything about charging me Or signing me up for an automatic renewal. They refuse to give me a refund. I could have called Dish, or my niece for assistance for $0. I've noticed in this paperwork that they offer a$ 9.99 fee for 1 week. Nothing about $$ was ever brought to my attention & I never agreed to anything! Why is this happening to a handicapped 70yr old on SS?? VERY BAD Companty.

    If I could give a zero I would. I got charged on my credit card and have repeatedly asked for a refund from the beginning. I cancelled immediately. You cant get in contact with anyone and it's like once they take your money they disappear.
