    6YA lied to me. I was paying a bill from shop pay for 15.00 and this tech support company took 50.00 out of my bank. I never ordered it. I told them right away to cancel me and they said they did . This was August 4th . Money never went back in bank. Today August 9th I called them and they said my account with them was never canceled. I have the proof because I took a picture that they sent me on the 4th that said it was canceled. The customer service said they needed me credit card numbers to cancel. I refused to tell her my numbers. I am going to my bank in the morning to try to solve this . Terrible. I am old and disabled and this is very hard and stressful on me.

    I contacted another company online about a possible warranty issue or help with a failing product. I thought I was in touch with Customer Service and gave my cc # which I (foolishly) thought identified me as the purchaser. After speaking with a pleasant guy about my issue who was of no help really, I was charged $50 and subscribed to 6YA. I certainly never agreed to this and on SS, can in no way afford $50 per month! I have disputed the charge with my bank and now have the inconvenience of waiting a week to 10 days for a new credit card. TOTAL SCAM

    I was sicken to find that Help in Seconds 6YA charged my gift Visa card $50. I did not know I would be charged or agree to the charges. When I sought help from Visa they were not able to help me and said I would have to call the Merchant. The 6YA has no contact number. I would like the full amount refunded to the card which has an expiration date of 9/22. All will be lost unless they refund the amount in due haste.

    This business is a scam. I was attempting to reach a businees on a payment issue on there website. I called the phone number on website and assumed it was that business. After the call I noticed a $50 debit in my checking account. It was 6ya. Never heard of them, nor did I sign up for anything. They refuse to give me a refund. Total absolute SCAM!

    Tech support was excellent for an unusual boot up issue with a pin. A system restore was the only solution and Andrew was amazing to walk me thru the complex steps necessary to successfully log on.

    I'm quite upset! I was sent to this site by Frndly Tv and had no idea there was a charge only to discover my credit card had been charged $49.00. I did call the number back and this gentleman said he would contact customer service and have them remove charge and didn't give me time to ask for an email confirming it.

    The tech specialist, Rolando was very polite and professional. But most of all, he didn't make me feel stupid when I saw that I had missed a minor detail, and could have resolved the problem myself. (We did share a chuckle.)
