      ******* the provider is great, but goodrx as a company sucks!Why do you have agents answering the phone that can't see prescriptions? I know it is because of HIPAA, but you need specialized agents or something because if a change needs made it is literally impossible to get it done.What's even crazier is the phone agents can't call the goodrx providers.So I, a non-medical person have to ferry between the providers who are busy with new patients and the phone agents to tell them what people in their own company are doing!The regular agents just say they can't see my scripts. They send you to live chat. The chat people don't read the notes before them so they just reply generically.If you are going to offer telehealth, your support needs access to prescriptions. I as the customer shouldn't be the middle man communicating between the departments of your company about what is going on.

      This company is a joke. They prey on people needing medication assistance. They are quick to offer you a great rate, tell you your medication is covered and that will handle everything through *******************. I have emailed them several times, received no reply, no response at all. When you do get through to them on the phone, they give you the runaround stating they have faxed all the information to your doctor that needs addressed. I paid 70 dollars in august to start this process, paid the monthly payment this month (September) and still have no medication and no answers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

      I have had a prescription thru RX Savers for about a year. Yes it did take a couple weeks to get all the paperwork filed that I had to fill out and my doctor had to fill out. My copay with my insurance was ****** which I couldn't afford. RX Savers was a life saver. I would recommend them for people that can't afford their meds. Just trust the process. Once everything gets filed things start running more smooth. They've always been helpful when I've called with questions.

      I don't know what I would have done with out the help of RX savers. My medicine is very expensive and I didn't know what was going to do. But they are an awesome group of people. Never one time did they make me feel like I was asking for a hand out !! They are very kind and helpful. They are amazing and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this group to anyone who needs truly need assistance. God bless them all !!!

      My husband signed up for this program to get his Trulicity.He Sent in the aper work and our doctor said she sent her paperwork in,I called and told them the doctor discontinued the Trulicity.He never received any Trulicity but,They kept charging the monthly charge for seven months.I called and asked why and why he hadn't received the medicine.I was informed because I did not say cancel instead of the doctor discontinued the meds they could not refund the money.I finally argued with them until they said they would refund 2 months. I told them they had scammed me and that I hoped they enjoyed the money.I was on the program also. I never received my Trulicity on time. I always ran out and had to call them to get the meds sent.Rant over. I cancelled my subscription.

      I am taking diabetic meds which costs causes me to be in a "donut hole" by March or April each year. My last prescription costed over $600. Of course, I had to reject it. So I was out of meds until I came across Rx Savers. It did take a while to get thru the paperwork, but it was well worth the wait. RX Savers should be named Life Savers. Oh that name is taken already. Thank you RX Savers!

      Goodrx posted a price for a script at frys pharmacy...when I went to pick it up they informed me they no longer are a goodrx participant. After a phone call to goodrx the website still posts frys as a participant . Called goodrx and said it's false advertising and asked for a refund for the difference and they said they don't issue refunds.

      Do not waste your time getting this app most people that have this have it because they already know their symptoms and what they need and they know their body I have been going through the same issue for 6+ years. I have been using this app for a few months because I got tired of going into the doctors office for the same results when I could just get it from home . I am 30 years old and I am positive. Anything wrong with my body I know. If I wanted to go into the doctors office constantly, I wouldnt be on this app, so why would the doctor on the app tell him I need to go into the doctors office? give me a refund! I wrote the doctor a long paragraph explaining why that made no sense and she ignored me the rest of the day. I still have yet to get a response, but they made sure they took my money so here I am with no prescription no response and money taken out my account. I am spreading the word to everyone not to use this app complete rip off. Then I called customer service and they tell me its up to the doctors decision not to mention they sound like theyre in a foreign country. Definitely not a company I want to be depending my health on.
