I just ordered the gold plan and paid ***** for a year when my statement arrived they charged me twice, there is no customer service number or email to contact them the phone stops ringing says call back later they do not send a welcome packet with card just downloaded a card info for pharmacy no way to speak with a rep and get my acct refund bank says they have to send back the double charge. Stay away, SCAM OPERATION, they are good for only a one order. You get better service from ******** call center. No one can help you with a simple login problem, but they will gladly sign ** and charge you a recurring monthly fee. BAD, BAD Business or BBBGoodRx

WRONG DIAGNOSES ADDED TO MEDICAL HISTORY!!! I setup an online appointment for a general visit regarding a rash/dramatist on my face. Once answering the online questions the automated system stated we think you have impetigo and will connect you with a provider. I was then connected to a very unpleasant nurse practitioner who argued with me over a blurry image of my drivers license in which I asked for a link to be able to upload a clear image instead of retaking a picture with the computer camera for a third time. She ignored my request and then suddenly stated I cannot help you and you need to be seen in person (the questions asked in the automated system filter out people who cannot be helped) and nothing else. I had no idea what she was talking about and my card had already been charged for the visit. I stated I wanted a refund and to speak with someone regarding my visit. SHE NEVER RESPONDED to any of my messages. I then look at the transaction receipt and it says COMPLETED for GENITAL HERPES!!!!!! I have NEVER had or have genital herpes which is NOW listed in my medical history!!!!!!!! I immediately contacted the ***** customer service number and was told all that can be done is a refund! There is nothing they can do about the medical history and that I would have to contact her in the chat! I stated that she will not respond and they said sorry there is nothing we can do and no other contact we can give you!!!!!! I have never been so mad! I know have this STD listed in my medical history which is NOT TRUE and goodrx is say OH WELL!GoodRx

I was prescribed penicillin and their website lists it under $6 for my local Walgreen's (among a few other places). However, it costs me over $14, even with their coupon applied. Due to such a large price difference I feel that their website is just unreliable...this is not the first time I've experienced such a drastic price difference.GoodRx

Don't waste your money on the Gold subscription. They will take your money and tell you to see a doctor in person. I could not get a temporary refill on a medication I have been taking for over 20 years. The coupons are useful but they're telemedicine is useless.GoodRx

Beware SCAM, I placed an order for some ** pills, after 3 days they cancelled my prescription without giving any reason, and send me a refund only for the pills (16$) but not for the prescription which is 59$!!!!GoodRx

I have used this service before. I will NEVER use them again. I logged on, started a visit, and was asked by a doctor if I was ready to start a visit. I waited HOURS. I asked twice during this time if I should continue waiting. I was ignored. The next morning, I was asked a few questions. Then I was asked if I wanted to cancel my visit for a refund. Just out of the blue asked this question. I finally said I would accept a refund after getting zero response. This was an absolute waste of time, personal information, and money. While they did refund, they took my money instantly. I was told it would take up to 10 business days to refund me. Get it together.GoodRx

June 27, 2023 I purchased Bimatoprost eyedrops from REDBOX RX despite the inflated drug prices because I intended to transfer the prescription the following month. A few weeks later I attempted to transfer the prescription to ******'s. The pharmacist contacted REDBOX RX and was told they would not transfer my prescription.While I was at the pharmacy, I called REDBOX RX and spoke to **** who had answered the phone. I asked her why they were not transferring my prescription and she informed me that I would have to pay $69.00 to transfer the prescription that I had already paid $102.60 for weeks earlier! I told her I was never informed of this transfer fee when I had placed my order. **** admitted that customers are not informed of the fee until they attempt to transfer prescriptions. I told her that their policy was outrageous and deceptive. ******'s King ****** sells the same medication for under $19.00 with a coupon from GoodRX and ******* sells the medication without a coupon for under $50.00. I would never have purchased the eyedrops from REDBOX RX had I been informed that there was an extra charge for transferring prescriptions.Despite **** admitting that her company did not advise customers of this hidden fee, she still refused to authorize the transfer unless I paid an additional $69.00. When I continued to tell her how dissatisfied I was with their unfair and deceptive hidden policy, she said I could return the eyedrops for a refund. On June 1, 2023 I mailed the eyedrops back to REDBOX RX, but I have received absolutely no refund.GoodRx
