      Theres nothing good about GoodRx! purchased the Gold Membership Telehealth subscription service. Worst decision ever. Theres no one available for you to speak with. They keep saying post your questions on the message board. It takes soooo long to get a response and once they text you back they never follow through with what they say they are going to do! I had a typical good opinion of this company because they claim to be helping people afford their medications. I have not had to use these services but I admired that. Thought that I could use telehealth instead of going to the doctor. I was so wrong! This is a scam company robbing hardworking citizens in the ????! I am going to request a full refund from someone and will report back how that process was.

      I received an email from Goodrx stating that it isnt a live chat. I was aware of that. The times I was told to expect a call back went from 1 hour to 4 hours. Then I was told 8 hours on the weekend. Thing is, I signed up on Friday and by Monday morning had not received a call. Waiting for something when you are under the weather is tough but this was unacceptable. If I, the consumer, give my money hassle free, I expect the business I am dealing with to have clear concise standard operating procedures. Be honest about the service you provide. If its going to take 3+ days say that.

      I received a response from Goodrx stating that the chat isnt live. I was aware of that. The contact time went from an hour to four hours. Then I was told 8 hours on the weekend. Yet, by Monday morning I received no call. If I give a company my money hassle free, I expect clear concise standard of care as a client. Its almost impossible to talk to a person. I couldnt imagine what someone that *** be older or not as tech savvy would endure. They said they issued a refund. I have yet to see it, but will update you guys when and if I do.

      I am very upset that they would only give me a 3 month prescription for a medication I already take. I thought I was saving money versus seeing my in-person dermatologist, but this is a scam. Having to be charged every three month for a visit for a prescription I have had prescribed yearly, is a SCAM. Very upset. Please do not use their services.

      Tried using a coupon that would've saved me $150 on a medication I needed as part of my IVF cycle. Upon presenting the coupon to the pharmacy I was informed I couldn't use said coupon because of the directions my doctor gave me. Apparently GoodRx only covers using 1 patch a day vs I have to use 2 patches every other day. So because of that I had to pay over $180 for my medication, as if IVF wasn't already expensive enough I get penalized over dosage directions.

      I signed up for GoodRx gold plan to get discounts on my prescriptions. Worked fine then I got insurance through employer. Tried to cancel many months back and I get the severe disappointment every month when I get pinged yet again for **** on my bank statement from Good Rx even though my account reads that I am a free user and my monthly charge should be **** dollars. Seems very scammish and for what I have seen from other reviewers, I can't say otherwise. It's been at least six moths since I have used Goddrx and every month I see that charge I want to explode. I have canceled that free account and if I get charged again I am going to share this experience everywhere I can! Trust.

      Oh my gosh, I never experienced such poor customer service!! I was hoping to do a simple doctors visit to get a prescription for fluconazole, only to be told AFTER ALREADY PAYING 39$ that I need to purchase a SEPARATE visit (i.e. - another 39$ on top of what I just paid) to get that. It felt like the NP's messages were fully automated, and spent maybe 2 minutes reviewing/ answering questions. Like, are you kidding?? Anyways, I tried chatting with their customer service representative, but they completely ignored my request. I feel like I did all I could to not write such a bad review, but I am seriously frustrated at this point. The sad thing is I heard such good things about them, but I can't imagine more people having to go through an experience like mine. Avoid at ALL costs!

      I cancelled my gold membership a while ago and GoodRx still continues to try and take out $9.99 in a membership fee. I wasn't able to contact any customer service email or number because I couldn't find one after googling it. I'll be contacting my bank to fix this issue because being charged for a cancelled membership makes zero sense.

      I reached out to this company Mid February due to needing two medications that I was not able to afford. I was advised of ppw that needed to be submitted at the time of my welcome call, At first I was a little confused but I reached out to customer service which was always very helpful and was advised of what to do. My medications were at my door step with in three weeks. I really could not be more grateful. Rx Savers has saved me a lot of time and money.

      Don't fall for good rx scam saying they will have s dr write you s prescription to save you time and money from driving to Dr because you will get a message back saying you have to go to primary dr and cant help , they take your money and say sorry can't help! So basically its a scam

      The online see a dr is fraud. They tell you to fill out a form and youll get to text with someone. They charge you $39 ( not on your HSA) and the dr comes back and says you need to go to an urgent care or ER. What?? She didnt even ask me questions or let me respond. Do not fall for this!

      RX Savers LLC charges customers for just filing to receive a discount for prescriptions. Mine was very costly, and RX said they could get it for me at a reduced cost. I paid them each month, and didn't receive all of my medication. They also told me my contract with them expired, but they never told me it expired. They claimed they sent me paper work, which they did not. They charged me again for a month after they said my account was cancelled for non-payment. I found out that Novo Nordisk doesn't charge for the meds if an application meets their requirements. I didn't have to pay RX Savers LLC all those months.Beware, this is a bad business.
