Scam. I paid for the $88 and some odd cents yearly membership believing what they said.. that I would save additional money. Rite Aid and *********** both told me that I am not saving any extra money for having this additional yearly membership. The pharmacist at the ********* Giant Eagle laughed and said, "Yeah I'd be calling them back and asking for a refund. That's a scam." I saved on the basic membership but not on the premium yearly for some odd 88 bucks. I learned my ******* Do not buy an up sell.GoodRx

1 starI recently purchased what i thought was health insurance and the broker added RX Savers as an add-on. Upon review of the health insurance (actually a savings plan in the end) and RX Savers benefits, I decided it was not a great fit for my families needs and contacted the broker to cancel the health plan, which they did. However, I was not aware that I would need to cancel the RX Savers add-on separately. Within about 5 days of enrolled in RX Savers, I contacted them to cancel. Although they cancelled my service, they ignored my email request for a refund even though I never used the service and they assured me over the phone a refund would be processed. After contacting **************** to dispute the charge, I was denied a refund because the fine print of the company's terms and conditions stated the customer needs to request a refund within 5 days of enrollment. The most efficient medical appointment and service I've ever experienced through an online provider. I was looking to help my adult daughter get a rx for birth control. I had never done this before and of course as most, was nervous as to how this worked. I had her enter her information and she chose "birth control as her requested service. Literally then 5 minutes later they connected her with a provider that called her and conducted a thorough telehealth assessment and within 10 minutes we had a rx that we accepted es and was sent to her pharmacy. She got a 1 yr rx to be picked up in 3 month intervals. She picked it up today and everything worked so easily. What could have taken days or weeks to get into a live appt we were able to complete literally in 1 hour. No issues, no holdup, it was definitely not a scam. Everything was seamless. Definitely recommend GoodRX as an online/telehealth provider!!GoodRx

I needed to get my RX refilled on Oct.21, 2024. I had a refill remaining through my mail order pharmacy, but choose to have my *** put in a RX at ******* instead so I could use the special pricing of $40.56 through GoodRX. I than realize that this pricing was just for new customers of **********************. .This was not stated on special pricing that I was looking at. I had to find this out by calling GoodRX. I than proceeded to print out a coupon for $50.56 for my RX on Oct. 21, 2024. In the mean time, ******* pharmacy informed me that they did not have enough of the product in to fill my order so I waited till Oct. 29th, ****************************** I went to purchase my RX at ******* on the 29th of Oct. and found out the the GoodRX price is now $59.60. The information that I gave them from my GoodRX print out said it was $50.56. The pharmacy tech told me that GoodRX can change their price within the minute. I waited over an hour in the store and than checked back to see what the price was. I was informed that the price was still $59.69 through GoodRX. I told the tech that I will be back tomorrow. I rechecked the price this a.m (10/30/24) and the price is still $50.56 through GoodRX website. I was at the store within 20 minutes of the $50.56. printing. I gave the print out to the tech and she said the price is still $59.60. I called Good RX in the store and talked to Bell at the 855 number. She did not get the price resolved for me as printed on the coupon for $50.56 I than find out that this price through GoodRX is only good for certain manufacturers of this RX that I was getting. The manufacturer of my medicine that I got did not fit this manufacturer. No where on the GoodRX coupon does it say that you need this manufacturer to get this price. I ended up paying $59.60. I feel that I'm justified in getting the difference in what I over paid of $9.04. This is misleading to me. I would appreciate that this transaction would be adjusted.GoodRx

These people are despicable, they will charge your card several days after your cancelation and have the audacity to tell you that you owed for 2 months which they offered as an INCENTIVE to stay with them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!GoodRx

Zero recommended! Never sent my prescription to the pharmacy and had to be calling them back with no answers. They only tranfer me or state that they'll have someone reach out to me, but didn't. After a few days I couldn't take my medication anymore and they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy or gave me an answer.GoodRx

This is a scam. They will ask you to join a membership they will set you up to have a telehealth meeting. Once you go through payment they then identify that I will take up to 4 hours for a practitioner to reach you. They expect you to check your emails to see if somebody has reached you via chat. You have to dig deep to get their customer service number and by the time you get there you will be transferred multiple times. I contacted them to let them know that we have reached the threshold and they told me that it shouldn't be too much longer. After waiting two more hours were the total of an 8-hour experience, I didn't get my medication, my doctor's visit and canceling with complicated. This is a program often poor people or people without transportation use. In the case of a refund it will not return to your bank account for 10 days. That $30 could be the only thing that somebody had to get better with. They hire overseas call centers for the retention department. And it was very easy to get to somebody to get a refund. That's typically because they know that their service does not match or guarantee what they advertise. This is false advertising and it's a huge scam.GoodRx

Urgent care doesn't take over a day. You do not promote that it will take 4 hours and in my case and I see others, it never happened. Good RX is a scam. I signed up in Sept. Canceled my account today. In Sept. I paid the enrollment fee and ***** for my first inhaler, which I never received. Then another ***** was taken out of my account for my next inhaler, even though they said they hadn't received my paperwork. I called Sept 10 and was told they would look into it and call me back. I called last week, and got the same treatment.. "I'll call you back later today" They kept everything that I've paid so far.. if they need it worse than I do, living on SS.. then they're welcome to it!GoodRx

Terrible service, zero customer support even though it's entirely virtual. I've used them multiple times to try and quickly get ******** (if you've had one you know it is an emergency) and my pharmacy never shows up on the list even though it's a rite aid. Customer support tells me to use another pharmacy and get it transferred, which is very much NOT MY JOB.GoodRx
