      I paid for my online visit, for a service that they render. Sadly the provider came in and said go to the *** I didn't need to go to the *** I needed my inhalers refilled. The provider NEVER replied to me. I called the Care team several hours later looking for resolution. The Care team admitted wrong doing by their providers and apologized profusely and refunded me. Do not waste your time money or energy for a company who is only scooping cash and leaving. I am reaching out to lawyers to file for malpractice I suggest that if this has happened to you that you do the same and anyone who is considering using GoodRX to stay away and go visit your doctor. These guys are not here to help but to take your money and ignore you. I have screenshot to prove my case. Do better GoodRX, do better.

      Nothing "free" about membership in this scam organization. Those interested in singing up for Good RX beware - once through the enrollment process - then they tell you it's $9.99/Month after an initial 30 day period. Their monthly premium plus the cost of drugs through them isn't worth it. You can do better just telling your pharmacist you don't have prescription drug coverage and you'll get a discount that's less than buying through "Bad Rx".

      They were very helpful and considerate I just asked a few questions online submitted my picture and id and answered a few texts and an hour later I got my prescription filled at the pharmacy with a refill for ****** easy peasy.Highly recommend them...

      I too as everyone else was swindled out of $50!!! I had a simple issues & figured I would pay the money to get the prescription. Ive had this simple issue a few times before so I know what it is. The ***************** said that it doesnt sound like my symptoms are what could be the ********* need to see my healthcare provider. My healthcare provider just retired last ********** in the process of securing another, which is why I even tried GoodRX. I explained to the *** that Ive had this a few times before in my lifetime.same symptoms & is always the same diagnosis. She never responded. Users BEWARE!!

      I wish I had seen these reviews before I used GoodRx STAY AWAY! I tried to receive treatment for DAYS and the so called nurse practitioners would take over 12 hours to respond if at all. For my condition I made very clear from the beginning which antibiotic medication was effective and which were not. It took several frustrating days of being prescribed wrong medication to be told outright they would not prescribe the antibiotic that would work for me. I am incredibly lucky I did not end up in the hospital because of their lack of transparency and completely useless communication.

      I don't have health insurance at the moment so I used GoodRx telehealth service for a UTI. I was prescribed a medication that my pharmacy does not have. My pharmacy reached out to them as well as myself for days. I was reaching out multiple times a day and promised someone would contact me within 2 hours. After 4 days of no responses my UTI became a kidney infection. I contacted them again, with the same empty promises. I finally reached someone and refused to get off the phone until someone helped. I had to threaten to report them and potentially have to pursue legal action if I ended up having to go to the *** That is when I finally miraculously received a response and new medication. Absolutely horrible and dangerous practice on their part.

      If I could leave negative stars I would. This is a cash grab. Terrible, terrible people behind this company. Taking advantage of vulnerable people needing help. I went to this site looking for help and saw they advertised EXACTLY what I needed. Almost too good to be true it was. The ONLY message I received was the nurse practitioner saying she cannot help me. I asked for an explanation multiple times and no response. These people should be ashamed to call themselves healthcare providers. I will tell every single person until the end of time that this site is a disgusting scam. $50 for nothing but frustration and confusion. False advertising. Something will be done about this. If youre seeing this and looking for help, I genuinely hope you get the help youre looking for it just wont be from The GoodRx Care Team.

      Wasnt able to get my prescription filled going on 4 days with no response. Come to find out the doctors license was inactive so the pharmacy flagged it and was waiting on a response. I called customer service and tried to explain the gravity of the situation (you know, illegal activity) and was put on hold. No one cares. I sent a message to the Doctor to give him a heads up. Maybe it simply expired. Im happy to give it a few days but GoodRx, I need confirmation that this issue is taken care of or I will contact the authorities and medical board. Your Doctors MUST be in good standing.

      I am very displeased at the service and poor communication.Not only is the service confusing and misguiding, but, you pay for a service you cannot and do not receive as promised and advertised. I sent several emails and have got no response.This will be reported to the **** for deceptive practices.I want my refund.
