      I have been a patient with Byte now since 2020. Im not gonna lie, it has been quite the journey but I cant say I havent been impressed. Over the past 4 years, there have been quite a few issues, which can be expected. The good thing is, they have always gotten things back on track for me. It might not have been in the timeline I prefer or the answer I expected but I trust them and the process. I still go to my local dentist every 6 months who has never noted a single problem and actually complimented how things were going and didnt try talking me into their Invisalign program. I originally did their payment plan and since my company matches my HRA contributions, I technically only had to pay half. Once the payment plan was finished way back in 2021, I havent paid a dime to them with the exception of whitening solution. Their customer service has taken a complete 180 over the years. I think I remember one of the representatives say they were going through an overhaul and to bear with them. I was patient and eventually I did see a change. I went weeks without a response and now I get a response back the same day. I read some other reviews about constant photos and backtracking and all those inconveniences. Yes it can be a bit annoying at times when you feel like your better off doing it your own way but these guys are the professionals and it makes sense to ask for so much since its not like I can go in and do X-rays or something. I have had to back track twice now but both times they sent me new impression kits and a whole new set of aligners. I think by the time my treatment is over my teeth will actually be straighter than I was expecting. Overall, I highly recommend them as long as you have the patience. I have a lot of friends doing other aligners and I hear nothing but problems. Smile Direct went out of business, my brother hates his Invisalign, and my dental hygienist said the only online company she would recommend to her patients is Byte.

      This company has been terrible. Their lack of communication is horrible. I was supposed to go through one treatment to fix my crowded teeth. Im now on treatment set number 3 and my bite is still off. Try asking to speak to your doctor ** pretty sure there is NO doctor working on my case, just dental hygienists. Which is fine! But dont pretend and say I have a dentist working on my plan if there isnt one. Now theyre going to give me a refund because my case is too hard for their company. I was going to give one star but they are giving me a refund so Im grateful for that. But seriouslyWaste. Of. Time.

      Buyer beware. I wish that I would have read BBB complaints before contacting Byte. This company uses deceitful business practices. They do not provide the informed consent or the refund policy until after your payment has been processed. If you try to contact customer service with concerns they don't reply in a timely fashion. I submitted a written withdrawal of my consent for treatment weeks ago, no one has responded to it. However I've received multiple texts and e-mail communications asking for a treatment updates when aligners were never shipped.

      I paid almost $2000 for my teeth to be exactly the same. They keep asking me to send photos and for the last year I have tried 3 different times to get them to send me new aligners because I did the 10 they sent me and it hasnt made any difference. I figured I would try one more time to get new aligners and they told me since Ive been wearing the same ones for a year that it voids their guarantee as if I havent been trying for the last year to get new ones. NOW they want me to pay an additional $700 to get back into a few more retainers and never sent me the permanent retainer I was supposed to get after treatment. I would literally pay $3000 for braces over doing this again. Its the SAME PRICE. Worst company ever and terrible customer service practices.

      Byte was a huge waste of money and plastic. My teeth barely moved, even though I followed all directions. The sales reps were not helpful and barely checked in. ********************* on these.

      I would love to start off with, Im suing. I have better lawyers lined up. I am frustrated bc I have contacted them in the past, they recommended me an insurance program called synchrony care, I have been paying that program. I want a refund, or aligned replacements. I have asked for my retainer(as the final step) while I was on deployment. I asked if I was able to receive my retainers while in a different country and they said no, so I had them send it to my grandpa, after I provided them the address. They never sent it out and I had called two more times, complaining about the same thing, I was nice the first two times but the third was my final. I was so sad, depressed and angry that I have no results and paying off a medical loan (that I still am today), all I wanted was a smile that they advertised. They are scammers and will try to think you cant *** them after they send you to a secondary company to handle the money. False, I can. Contact me, and tell me wrong, I have evidence, my uncle who is a cop told me this is illegal and shouldve tooken action in the first place, I have all the contracts signed and made a loop hole to *** you guys, even if you update policies, I have your old ones from the year I was screwed over. I had ******** pull transcripts of the conversations held. Now you may be asking why am I bringing this up now because I should get my money back for a loan that Im still paying off and I was reminded because of an ad.Guarantee my a** Best Regards, ******

      receeding gumline, root for one of my teeth were exposed so my dentist did his best to cover it. Thats the wordt part of these. When I did use them, aligners were sharp, they did not send me an insurance claim until I sent a nasty email 6 months later. Spoke to a "dentist" one time before casting was sent out. I was told me I will still need braces, there's chips on the back of my teeth thet weren't there before that she believes could be the cause of using byte.Did I mention receeding gumline? I regret trying these out to save *****. Because now I have to spend that to fix my teeth with an actual dentist office, and finish paying off the 2 thousand whatever.

      If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. I requested the next set of aligners to be sent to me and Byte is refusing to send them because they say there are air gaps between my teeth and the aligners. I explained to them that I chipped a tooth and having it repaired after I finish the aligners. They are refusing to send me the next set of reminders that I have paid for. This is an absolute scam, scam, scam company. I paid for my aligners, and they absolutely refuse to send them to me. Scam company that I have been dealing with for weeks asking for the next set of retainers to be sent to me and they continue to refuse. Do not, do not , do not order your aligners from Byte. They will take your money and then not give you your product. They have basically stolen $3000 from me. Avoid at all costs. After they took my money the good customer service has come to a complete stop. Before I ordered, they were extremely helpful. After they received my payment, Ill help stopped and they will not send me the next set of retainers. Horrible horrible scam, scam company.

      I agree with everyone else. Once they get your money, the customer service goes downhill. I have been switching between the same two aligners for over a month and I continue to get the same emails and replies, asking the same questions because theyve lost the emails or they dont go back and look. They tell me to switch aligners and then ask me if Ive switched aligners. They ask how long Ive been in the current aligners and how long did I wear the previous ones when they directed me to do so in email? I have had no progress with my aligners in almost 2 months and it seems that its at a standstill and not getting anywhere. It is a complete disaster and I would never recommend them so I am still waiting for the last three weeks after switching aligners what to do. I have been sending pictures over the last month and continue to get the same emails asking for the same pictures because you never get the same representative. They had the audacity to ask me if I was in my final aligners, and if they were look at all the emails, they would see I am not. .
