  Fraudulent advetising for their free trial for employers. I was not sent any information for my free trial and charged $24 per day. I called their customer service department. Each employee kept having phone issues and when I questioned not being sent information about when my trial ends, each employee would suddenly say, " Can you hear me, can you hear me" They then proceeded to hang up on my me. Having run a call center before I can tell you this is a fake way that employees get out of answering customer questions. I will charge this back with my bank. This is strait up fraud.

  0/5 TERRIBLE ACROSS THE ****** My experience with ZipRecruiter has been absolutely terrible. I posted 5 jobs for 3 days paying for the "premium" posting service. I received 0 credible applicants, not 1 qualified candidate and it cost over $500. ****************** is horrendous, the woman I spoke with told me my request for a refund was denied because the job postings "received views and applicants". The few applicants received had no relevant experience some listing "babysitting" on a professional resume. This is truly CRIMINAL. There is absolutely no accountability from this company, and this "service" was a complete waste of resources. Please save yourself the headache, use LinkedIn, Indeed, or any other reputable company.

  I have received over 200 + direct mailers from Zip Recruiter with each of our employees names with the title of Hiring manager. They have also obtaining the names of our clients as well, listing them as Hiring Manager. I'm made numerous calls to ZR asking how the not only obtained the names of 200 + employees but our clients a well. No one has a proper response other than to unsubscribe to Zip Recruiter offers using the offer code.I must have over 200 direct mailers sitting on my desk that I unsubscribe to and keep receiving an average of 2-3 per week. This is a data breach on some level ! We will never use Zip Recruiter again!

  This is a BIG scam. Heed the warnings here and do not post your listing on Ziprecruiter. I was charged daily for the last two months and only received handful of applicants. And all the applicants are also BS. This is BS!!!! This company spent millions on advertisement only to fool employers. How is this company still in business?!? This company is a big scam! Look elsewhere to recruit your next employee. If you don't, you will end up paying up your **** and not get any results. I should have came here first and read the reviews. Zip Recruiter is a BIG SCAM!!!! If I can give negative stars I would.

  Ziprecruiter is a horrible scam that preys on employers. I signed up for a free trial to get my job published, which is the only way to get your job listed on the site. I received no notification that the trial was ending soon and that I would be charged, like any trial I have ever signed up for with any other company. Their billing system is also very sneaky, they charge you every single day the job is posted but you do not see a charge, bill or invoice until you hit $500!!!! I signed up on a Monday and was mistaken the trail ran for 7 days... Unfortunately it only ran for 4 days. Please keep in mind of those 7 days I got **** for candidates and one had barely any views. So today I reached out to ask for ***** and requested a refund and my live chat associate was a real pain in the you know what. He was not friendly nor did he try to work with me on fees that I was unaware of!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ZIPRECRUITER. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND THEY ARE ZERO HELP!!!!!!!

  I have been scammed by ZipRecruiter. I signed to find candidates for a job position, they send fake resumes, I contacted about three of the resumes they sent to us, and no one responded. We forgot about this page and by surprise on Dec 27th, 2022, I was CHARGE$ ******. We never received any services form them. I contacted Ziprecruiter and I they rejected the refund.

  I am a victim of credit card fraud. Zip recruiter falsely charged my credit card and added penalties. They were notified and my bank was notified. They still add penalties after my credit card showed charges went through even though it is being contested through my bank. This is their policy and this is a fraud. I am no different than the other numerous complaints filed with this company. They want the money and it is criminal. A class action lawsuit has been suggested by others and I would definitely be apart of this.
