  Free Trial in the end isn't really FREE. Once you agree to there TERMS for the free trial they got you. As a Small Business owner whose been in Business for 48 years I find this extremely sad and offensive. As I struggle to find qualified employees and I reach out for help to do so I'm being taken advantage of like so many others have stated in there reviews. I, like others, did not get one applicant who was qualified for the position I am hiring. I spent over $500 and received nothing in return. What I did get was many unqualified resumes. For $500 investment I would expect more and deserve more. What I did get for my $500. You don't get anything for FREE. Expensive ****** learned.

  After registering on ZipRecruiter, I've received numerous scam calls and messages from recruiters. When I apply to a job on the platform, I often get contacted by a different person or company for a different position or even the same company but a different job. Despite reporting these issues to ZipRecruiter, they have not taken any action to remove the problematic postings.

  I previously used another job posting website with good results. However, I very recently created an account with ********************** and allowed them to keep my resume. It wasn't but a few days before a scammer used my resume information to attempt to scam me with a phony job match. I subsequently deleted my Ziprecuiter account and unsubscribed from their emails.

  I signed up on 6/18/2023. 2 Months later, I have been charged $1230. And I have gotten zero candidates. My job opening requires dog grooming experience and I have gotten zero candidates with that experience. True I was not careful about their "automatic charges" with no email notifications that they charged me. However, I would have been happy paying if I had gotten any candidates. Their service/algorithm does not work at all. How are they allowed to stay in business?

  I see several reviews on here commenting on the the business/paid side of ZipRecruiter's services. My review is on the job-seeker side of things. The end result is the same: stay away!On more than a dozen occasions, I have been emailed about jobs that claim to be in my area. Then, after clicking on them, the location advertised changes to something that is dozens or even hundreds of miles away. This is flat out deceptive. I have used their build-in report function to report these jobs, but they just give a blanket response claiming that they allow it because *some* people might be willing to relocate. This response negates the purpose of allowing a user to search by location and restrict by distance in miles. I am limited in how far I can travel and knowingly disregarding my search criteria only serves to waste my time.

  Do not do business with them! I cancelled my account as an employer yet they continued to charge my account monthly, unfortunately did not catch the multiple charges on my account and they don't care even though my account was not active. They are a SCAM as you see from 100+ reviews on here not to mention the ones that are not here who have moved on to *** the company.

  Absolute scam of a company. Unauthorized billing to my credit card. I posted a job and bought a boost and a hiring urgently badge. Come to find out they billed me $1512 for a job posting and never told me. No receipt, no invoice nothing.

  Absolute waste of time and money, they promote a free job posting. Which I understand taking the responsibility for connecting with your own candidates but I got nothing out of it. No successful candidates were hired and they were a waste of my time. It automatically turns into a plan where they charge you 35 dollars a day to keep it posted which is ridiculously expensive and not worth it whatsoever. I STRONGLY recommend going any other route that does not price ***** the h*** out of you. Now I am out $500 dollars for nothing. Thanks for nothing.

  As someone who uses ZipRecruiter and has to see the ads, your guy's ad dollars are better spent on ********* These guys **** at maintaining their app and anyone with a brain clicks off their website before it even loads.

  They charged me $548 for a charge I didn't approve! When you call them they make stories saying the website said this and that but ultimately they NEVER send you an invoice to your email and quietly charge your credit card. Again you call them they say it was in your account.Being in the business of UI/UX design and best web finance practices I find this a daylight robbery!
