      This company is 100% a scam. A very friendly man came to my door and made all kinds of promises of being more cost efficient, reliable and cheaper. After 2 months, I can tell you it is NOT reliable and NOT cheaper! I was paying $85 a month with bge - after my first billing cycle with inspire, my bill jumped up to $149!! I logged on today and they’re telling me my bill will now be $256 for this month - meanwhile, nothing has changed with my energy usage, they just upped the kilowatt rate. I called customer service and he told me I was stuck with this bill and offered me a slightly cheaper rate ($140/month) if I stayed for 12 more months. I feel preyed upon for wanting to use cleaner energy for the environment. Please do not entertain these guys if they come to your door.
