1 starWe had a 3 years service contract from 2021-2023. I called multiple times over the 3 years for maintenance and inspections. The first time major orange oil injections were made in the attic. After that I was told there was only one or two spots needing service. Even on the final inspection very few areas were found to need treatment. Within a month of the final inspection an Escrow inspection was needed. I had to first renew my contract for another year. The Escrow inspection found hundreds of areas needing either treatment or wood repair. Of course, in an escrow inspection it must be thorough because they are legally bound by their report. I was shocked. I had no idea that we had that many infestations going on for the last three years and XTermite didnt catch it. It ended up costing us thousands of dollars in repairs that we werent expecting. All the various contractors I had hired to repair the damage said that ********** doesnt work. I am so upset with the company and their response to my complaint. I was told that their annual inspections arent as thorough as an Escrow inspection and it depends on the inspector that you get. All the inspections should be done by a well trained inspector!! I would never recommend XTermite to anyone.Review fromEdgar D

I have used Xtermite years ago in a previous home, so when we actually saw termites swarming inside the house, I knew who to call. Other companies just wanted to tent, and didnt even bother to inspect the house. **** came by and did a thorough inspection in and around the house, including the attic, and gave us a competitive offer. **** is very personable and knowledgeable and didnt hesitate to share his knowledge with us. We learned a lot from ****! ****** came by as scheduled to treat our home. He too was very personable and knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. He noticed our shoes in the garage and removed his own shoes before coming in the house, without being asked!!! We appreciated that a lot! He performed the treatment, and explained everything very clearly. Thank you Xtermite for having excellent employees who care for their customers and respect their homes!!If you need termite treatment, dont hesitate to call Xtermite to compare their services to other companies.Thank you!!Santo

4 starsA few years ago I was not send a renewal notice for 3 years. I was on dialysis and got a kidney transplant then, and wasn't top of things. By the time I got back on things they canceled my account. WhenI wanted to get a inspection, I had to renew an pay money to do so. The next couple of years, I didn't get a report. I called, and was send the most recent report. Now everything is back to normal. For a couple of years I didn't have and kick outs.Review fromElizabeth C
