      These were purchased on amazon thru amazon pay. Credit card was cancelled due to fraud. ****** pay return the money back bac to caremastic I called caremastic they had me fill a form to deposit in my bank accout. I waited a few weeks and folled up but again they sent the money back to ****** and ***** is now sending me back to caresmatic and caresmatic is sending me to ******.

      I ordered scrubs from ************ (a division of Careismatic). ELEVEN DAYS PASSED and I never received a shipping tracking number. When I contacted them, apparently there was an error at the warehouse. They shipped my scrubs but DID NOT PAY POSTAGE. Therefore, the **** confiscated the order. This is very unfortunate since 3 pairs of my scrubs were damaged in the laundry, I was desperate for new scrubs. Careismatic DID NOT OFFER to re-send the scrubs. They DID NOT OFFER expedited shipping on my new order. Meanwhile I am doing laundry every other day for 2 weeks. Total waste.

      Wrong item was sent and one item missing from order. I attempted to contact customer service several times over the phone and via email. No resolution, just automatic email asking to submit proof, which I did for wrong item sent.

      I placed an order on February 13th on the ****************** website and the package was sent via *** with the tracking number 1ZG19585YW07620238 The package appears as delivered by the carrier but was never received at the destination address.I waited a few days to see if it appeared, it didn't.I contacted them via email to report that I hadn't received the package and far from offering any kind of help, what I received was a rather convenient justification for the store where they justify that due to the type of address they are not responsible for whether the package reaches its destination or not, something that I think if true should be notified to the customer beforehand so that they are aware of the implications and the risk they are taking, but of course that didn't happen. Apparently I paid to receive tracking and not the items I chose since the only response I receive is that the tracking says it was delivered, meaning that if the store, the shipping staff, the *** driver make a mistake it doesn't matter because the store has already charged and I have a tracking that says "delivered" and that is what I have to settle for.

      I've been wearing *only* Medelita for 4+ years, but they were bought out by this company. Now the material is different and the sizing is wildly inconsistent. I attempted to contact thema total of five times before getting a response, 3 times via email and a dm on IG, twice were definitely before the return deadline, and only got a response after leaving a bad review on their site. They said they responded but were unable to provide me with proof but somehow I was able to get the email after the deadline passed. They also said they called but never left a voice mail so I would have had to call an unknown number on their time. I would have settled for an exchange or credit but they refuse to do either. As a final insult they called me at 8 am to say they'd make an exception and then immediately said oh just kidding we can't. I'm left with multiple tops and bottoms none of which either match or fit. This company now owns several other well known scrubs brands so please check to see if your favorite brand is now owned by them.

      I ordered 2 Tops, 2 bottoms and 1 Jacket on 10 OCT 2024. My receipt shows 5 items ordered. This company has still not finished my order. They are saying I only ordered 1 Top. I still have not received anything and it's been 3 months.

      I purchased 2 scrubs tops and 2 pants according to there specifications, XL would fit me when it arrived it's way smaller than a XL I know this because all the dimensions according to there chat would fit me

      I ordered scrubs and a white coat from this healthcare clothing company 3 months ago. I have called them and emailed multiple times yet still have not received my order. They say 4-6 weeks processing time to deliver and it has been ******************************************************************************** IF they would fulfill my order and refuse to refund my money (over $200) Please help!!

      I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the significant delay in the delivery of two jackets I ordered on October 4, 2024. I also requested and paid for engraving on these jackets, and it is now unacceptable that I have yet to receive them.I have reached out multiple times for updates on my order, only to be told that the warehouse has changed and that your team cannot provide any specific information. I was assured that someone would contact the warehouse for updates and get back to me, but I have not received any follow-up **************** a loyal customer who has ordered numerous jackets for my anesthesia department, I find the lack of service, accountability, and transparency in this situation to be completely unsatisfactory. The delays without explanation are not only frustrating but also unprofessional.Given the circumstances, I believe it is only fair that if I ever receive these jackets, they should be provided to me free of charge at this point. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to reconsider my future business with Allheart.I appreciate your immediate attention to this issue and look forward to your prompt response.

      I placed a order on this item October 14, 2024, and I haven't received it yet. I contacted them by email twice there email: ************************************ but never received a response from them on when my item will be delivered. And its already been nearly 2 months of waiting. I'd love to have my item shipped and if they can't I'd like a refund.
