      Great scrubs. When needing a refund, I wanted to exchange and they said not possible had to return and reorder. THEY credited the wrong credit card and said weve done what we can and I have to chase the $171.90 that went to that account. The account doesnt exist by the way. Now I have no scrubs and out $171.90. The lack of customer service is appalling. @**********************

      If I could I would give a negative number rating. Dicked me around for 2 weeks about 2 tops they sent me that had been damaged by cuts on the fold lines of both tops. Neither top was repairable nor usable. They sent me a code to use to reorder as they refuse to auto send new tops. The codes they sent me never worked. I'm out $45+ because of this.

      I purchased several lab coats from the previous owner about 7-8 years ago. They were really nice. The coat was of good quality and it was embroidered nicely. I decided to purchase another one this December, 2024. Well the quality of the lab coat is terrible and I am unable to contact the company and return the item. Fortunately I only ordered one. My guess is the previous company was bought out. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company!!!

      Did not help me get my money back or get me my order placed again after I told them it has been a month that I've waited for my items to arrive and they are still missing.

      I ordered a lab coat in September, 3 months later I received an email that they cancelled the order because they do not have embroidery. It is unacceptable that they waiting 3 months to give an update

      Ordered a custom embroidered jacket 2 months ago that I was charged for but still have never received. After sending 3 unanswered emails to their customer service, I finally got someone on the phone two weeks ago who told me that it was in the final stages of production and should be shipping very soon. I called back today and now they are telling me they are cancelling the order because they moved wearhouses or something and arent doing custom embroidery. I will never use this company again.

      It's been over 10 weeks from ordering embroidered scrubs and no communication. Chatted 3 times. Finally on third chat they said they no longer are offering embroidery services, and asked me if I wanted to cancel my order? It was nearly $300 already charged to my CC and they were holding funds without any communication! I shouldn't have had to ask for my money back. Terrible company since they were bought out by careismatic brands.

      Absolutely terrible brand and customer service, ordered a jacket two month ago and it never came, emailed repeatedly, called, was told it would be escalated and sent, emailed again and received an email that they cannot fulfill my order absolutely terrible DO NOT ORDER, they have not refunded me either

      I placed an order Nov 12, 2024 for a lab coat with my name embroidered. I inquired 2 weeks later as to the status of my order and was told it was delayed due to Careismatic relocating warehouses. Today, Dec 5, 2024, I was provided the following by email (follow up repeated inquiry) 'We regret to inform you that, due to recent operational changes following the relocation of our warehouse, we are no longer able to offer value-added services (VAS), including order personalization, across our websites.Unfortunately, as per the latest update, we are unable to fulfill this order due to ongoing personalization issues. You will receive an email at your registered email address once the order is canceled.'I will never do business with Careismatic Brands again.**** *********

      I placed an order online through healing hands website on 11/1 for two scrub tops and an embroidered jacket. The order still states being picked from warehouse and every time I email I never receive a response and when I call nobody is able to help me and continues to push the date out further and further. Healing hand site says ***** business days for personalized items its been over a month. Anytime I call they cant transfer you or have a manager. They also wont refund you your money but yet no product has been received and still says picking from warehouse I want my items and a refund for the amount of time Ive had to wait and yet to still get. Never had this issue with healing hands before.
