      My daughter purchased scrubs from the company and then returned them. They received them on August 29th. I have still not received a refund despite calling several times and being told it will be an additional 5-7 business days.

      Called for a refund because our package never showed up. They said to call **** *** said to call the postal service. They told us to call the company again so we did. After four calls to them they finally said they would refund us. Still have not seen the refund and that was supposed to have been processed Aug 30. It is not sept 16.

      Hello,I ordered these 2 items on the 7th which said was delivered on the 11th.I've send 2 email that I never received the items.       On 11/27/2022 purchase 8 sets of ****** online from this company (*********) and paid $13.00 for expedited shipping to get to my address on 12/6/2022. On 12/6 I call customer service to find out where is my purchase and was told I would receive them on 12/9, I explain that was not acceptable and I want my $13.00 for the shipping charges I was told it will take 3 to 5 business for the refund. I have been calling on my refund every two days and I getting nowhere. As of 12/25/2022 I have not been refunded.
