      its beed 10 weeks from the time I placed the order. Useless customer service and very poor run. I think it's going bankrupt if not it will go soon.

      I wish I would have read the reviews here before this company has done me wrong at every turn and still currently trying to get my money back .Long story short Bought 4 items , they were never shipped , I called 8 days later nobody picks up, said Id get call back I didnt . I emailed themmy order was magically shipped that day arrived 4 days later with missing items. Went to return website says no items to return now going back and forth to get my money . Sounds like a generic apology they send to everyone as well now that I look through the comments .

      I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from this company. I received my order with incorrect embroidery, and they refuse to acknowledge the mistake. My name is "*****". The name was to be embroidered in script but when I received the product the 'j' is backwards. I reached out to customer service twice and both times I received a standardized reply stating that the work is as I requested. HOW/WHY would I request a backwards 'j'! Ridiculous If I knew how to attach a picture of the embroidery to this complaint I would but I did send Careismatic photos. Below is the email I received from them. The exact email was sent as a reply to both of my inquiries, so I'm not sure if they even read the complaints.*********Hi *****,Greetings from Careismatic Brands *************.We have reviewed your email for order xxxx, placed on 7/8/2024.Upon checking the details, we can see that the embroidery which was requested from your end is the same embroidery you have received. So, we are not able to assist you for this. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are appreciated, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We value your business and the trust you have placed in us. For any questions or assistance, please reply to this message or call us at xxxxxxx. We are available from 4:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. PT.Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you or if you have any additional feedback.       Terrible!!!! I ordered a package online and never once received the package and they will not help me with the issue i have asked for a refund and i have also asked for a replacement and they wont do either TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

      I placed an order 30 days ago that still hasnt arrived. Ive contacted them multiple times via email and phone and all they ever say is theyll forward it to the proper team or thats it stuck in processing. **************** was not helpful at all and all they did was tell to me wait and they wouldnt refund me. I was never provided a confirmation email or tracking after all this time.

      Just awful service. Processed a partial order and the rest was somehow in process forever. Would not let me cancel the second half due to some technical issue. Don’t bother ordering from here

      Terrible company. I placed an order and called three times when I did not receive it. I got THREE different explanations as to why it was not delivered. I STILL have not received my order or refund.

      horrible customer service. I was told I would be receiving a refund for two products that were clearly not matching their product description. I order two scrub sets that were supposed to come with 4 pockets on the top, and at least 4 pockets on the pants (two front, cargo, and back).
      Three different customer services reps gave me the run-around. First, i was told I would receive a gift cert refund in 24 hours if they could send photos so that they could update their product description. I did that, but then got an email asking me to return the items for a refund even though the rep told me to keep the products (I have the transcript).
      The second rep told me the gift cert would arrive within two hours of our conversation, but it took 5. Not only that, but the gift cert was not for the amount of the products, in addition to the gift cert not being able to be used for 48 hours, AFTER THEIR SALE HAS ENDED when I clearly explained that I wanted to exchange them for two different sets right away.
      The third rep told me to just pay the difference. So they want me to pay for their mistakes?
      Do not order from them. 1) you might not get what you are ordering, and 2) good luck trying to find a resolution.
