      I ordered need received my order was given the run around for 21 days and they I tracking number says my order was delivered but it wasn't and told it was nothing they can do if I didn't receive my order it not thier responsibility once they warehouse ship packages beware of company they are a fraud

      SCAM Alert! *DO NOT order from them* I placed a custom order after business hours that standard shipping would send to me 3 weeks after it was ordered. I called the next day to inquire on the material and realized it was not what I wanted. I requested to cancel my order and was told by customer service and email that it was in "final shipping" and could not be cancelled. If it was personalized that quickly why would it not ship for 3 weeks? They will not even return my call. Insane!

      Hello BBB Team,
      The customer contacted us on 06/08/2023 asking to cancel the order mentioning that they have selected incorrect tubing.
      We would have happily accepted the request from the customer, however when the request came the Stethoscope was already personalized and was in process of getting shipped.
      At Allheart we give top priority to personalized orders and by the time customer contacted the Stethoscope was already personalized thus we were unable to cancel the order and same was communicated to the customer
      Our team did apologized to the customer and shared all the details regarding the order.

      We have ordered from this company several times over the years have never had a problem we ordered again May the 20th 2023 it is now June the 7th and our order has not shipped customer service just keeps putting us off stay away from this company I would give it a zero if possible

      I purchased 3 royal blue tops and 3 bottom scrubs. I received the incorrect tops and the deadline for me to wear it was coming up. They wouldnt send me the correct one until they received the incorrect ones. Now I'm stuck with the incorrect scrubs. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.

      Deceptive online advertisement.
      was given a code for "free shipment." on an order placed 10/26/2022. Therefore, I purchased additional items.
      i was still charged $12.00 for the shipping costs.
      E mailed customer support and was advised they would honor the code. (zero stars)
