I have enjoyed using the RentSpree app! Specifically, because it helps protect potential tenants Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and limits the risks of that information floating around in a brokers office.RentSpree, Inc.

I was glad to get a human on the phone quickly when I called customer service. The representatives answered my questions and gave me the peace of mind I needed to decide to try RentSpree for the first time. All three of my listings rented in under two weeks! I'll definitely continue using this service. (Please continue to keep customer service staffed by humans!)RentSpree, Inc.

Once getting past the account set up it was rather straight forward and easy to obtain the background information on potential tenants. I previously used Zillow and Hotpads for rental applications and they too partnered with ********** for the background checks. The integration of RentSpree with CAR's official forms however makes it easy and official with the latest, up-to-date CAR forms.RentSpree, Inc.

Great rent collection app and more! 3.00 per month to move the money from my tenant to my a count using a checking account. This was my first month collecting rent on red screen. It took five calendar days to get my rent. Two days fell on a weekend so its possible that wont happen all the time. Set up for Tenant and I. Thanks Rent Spree.RentSpree, Inc.
