I was looking for an easy way to review and run background checks on renters. I like it that it costs nothing to landlords and that the renters pay directly to them for the screening costs.RentSpree, Inc.

I wanted to give this service a try and unfortunately it does not allow for even basic things like requesting the uploading of DL or Pet pics, etc., without having to sign up for additional fee based monthly subscription services. In the Leasing business I may go 6, 7 ,12 months before needing it again so this is definitely not going to work for me.RentSpree, Inc.

I would like a suggestion of whether rentable or not and I don't like that we no longer can see an actual credit scores. I guess I am old school but tenant scores seem weird to me, even at Smartmove.com. I understood credit scores and had worked with them for years. Also you accept family as "references" and I won't use family as a reference, if your family thinks you are a dead beat they may not tell us cause they want the dead beat to go away. No relatives should be allowed to give rental references either. And the BBB doesn't hold much weight with me after they were caught giving good references to only the highest PAID member standings and not everyone based off actual customer service ratings. Few years back but made me lose confidence in them at all.RentSpree, Inc.
