As the property owner, I was looking for a way to screen tenants directly. This service was easy to use, comprehensive, and is affordable. I will continue to use it for all future rentals, residential and commercial. I am not a tech savvy person, but was able to navigate this site without using the support that is available for anyone who needs it.RentSpree, Inc.

It was my first time using RentSpree. I chose "No Application" for tenant screening because they had to use the Texas Realtors lease application. In this scenario, RentSpree doesn't make it clear that the "Application Link" is really just a request to TransUnion to create credit/background reports. The misnomer Application Link was confusing. RentSpree should do a better job of making it clear for 1st time users. It took me quite a while to figure out what the tenant applicant would see by clicking on the Application Link". After I understood what the link did, I realized it's a smooth, easy process. I will definitely use RentSpree again.RentSpree, Inc.

I like it in principle but I could use some training in the set up. With the application I would like a place where the applicants permit us to reach out to their references....most HRs ask for some sort of form before they release info.... could that be added?Also, is there a method for the applicants to upload their documents?Thanks for allRentSpree, Inc.
