My first experience with Rent Spree was awesome. My son in law told me about Rent Spree, Im so happy my daughter married him! It was easy to understand and to navigate. I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision on renting to a new tenant.Thank you Rent Spree. I will not hesitate to use your services in the future.

As a Realtor who does an occasional listing for a rental, I have found RentSpree to be fast, easy and the info to be accurate. Landlords have appreciated the info found in the report and the tenant applicants seem to appreciate the reasonable price of the application process and the speed of getting the results. I have used the Tenant Screening application of RentSpree for about 2, maybe 3 years, now and the process has never disappointed me.RentSpree, Inc.

I'm a realtor. I found it very easy to setup and like what I see so far on processing time & reports generated. I do not like that you can't RESEND the invitation to the tenant, and that you can't delete tenants that flake out and never start the process. I get not deleting applicants that have been processed. Also, maybe you already do this, but for some reason my tenant put an email he uses on the application, but when he went to setup account to be processed, he used a different email for some reason. This is causing a 48 hour delay. Hopefully you CAUTION an applicant on doing that & ramifications, or really, you shouldn't allow them to do it if the process is slowed down and they have to CALL YOU.RentSpree, Inc.

I am a landlord. The tenant screening service is good. But the *** rent payment service takes way too long. In 2024, there is no excuse for RentSpree to hold your money for 4-6 business days after they draw it out of the tenants account. Charge a small service fee if you want, but dont sit on my money to capture a weeks worth of interest. Or is it because they have a cash flow problem? It scares me that they operate that way.RentSpree, Inc.

As a landlord, RentSpree is good until it isn't. If your tenant makes the rent payment, the money goes into your account. Takes 3-5 business days. However, if later RentSpree decides the money was no good, THEY WILL TAKE THE MONEY BACK OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. This may leave you with a negative balance in your account and you cannot stop it.Then when your tenant makes their payment again, guess what? Another 3-5 business days to redeposit. They sit on the money before you get it.RentSpree, Inc.
