********, overpriced, with FALSE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND INFORMATION. I wasted time, money and have been rejected from renting an apartment because they do not do their background checks correctly. Customer support is in *****. They took forever to fix my report, I actually had to fight with ********** and still haven't received an updated report that i PAID $40 FOR. ITS ALREADY ABOUT TO EXPIRE AND I DEMAND A NEW ONE WITH THE UPDATED CRIMINAL HISTORY THAT WAS NEVER MINE! I AM HOMELESS BECAUSE OF THESE CROOKS!

So far so good with the services offered by RentSpree. RentSpree really make my business easier when it comes to tenant screening. I used the similar services before, but some were quite complicated for some applicants to complete the whole screening process. Hope RentSpree will be continuously available as approved third party vendor for the FMLS.RentSpree, Inc.
