    Stripe is refusing to remove my connection to a 3rd party company through Stripe Express even though the company is closed and no one works there.They claim the company has to initiate the process, and even though the company does not exist I still have to wait for a person (who isn't there) to do something (they will never do).This process is absurd.It's my account, yet I have no control over its data or who is connected to it.This power should be in my hands, not Stripe's or the 3rd party company's (that is gone forever).

    This company takes money from people and then does not give it to you. I started a non-profit company in March. Obtained Stripe in June to process donations for us. We are a very small non profit. I applied to Stripe. Gave them all the documentation they asked for initially. Had 3 donors donate through the Stripe App in June and still have not been credited the money even though it was taken out of the donors accounts. Stripe keeps asking for more and more documentation. Keeps asking for our 501c3 even though I tell them we do not have that as of now. They then send me an email telling me we are on their restricted business list. We are a group of grandparents dedicated to an academic education for our grandkids. How can we be on the restricted business list with **** businesses, pot shops, etc? You cannot call this company. After searching and searching I found a phone number but it doesnt take calls. I requested a phone call and had to make an appointment to talk to someone. She was zero help. I have written MANY emails over and over asking for this account to be closed. Asking them to credit back the money donors donated or to transfer the donations to us but they have not done so. This has been going on since June. Every time I write them an email a different person answers back. Why cannot they not just close the account and zero out the balance. What is so hard about that. They are a rip off company. Ripping off Grandparents. I am not sure what to do about this. I will continue to write emails and emails and leave bad reviews until they give up that money. How can this type of company be allowed to keep doing this.

    We are a granite wholesale/shipper and we have been processing payments with Stripe for five years now with no issues. In this time we have had two total disputes, both with repeat customers even though they had agreed to our return/refund policy. Instead of drag out the dispute we went ahead and accepted it and moved on. This was our big mistake. Now Stripe is holding 35 percent of our payments in reserve for SIXTY DAYS due to high risk. They are holding our entire profit margin! We received a 3 days pay or quit notice from our office landlord because we can't pay rent. This is crazy. The whole reason we signed up with Stripe was because we had an advocate sales rep to freely communicate with at the time we signed up. Now everything is electronic, you can't even call them. I am losing my mind. We don't run a high profit business, we barely get by. But we covered our two disputes no problem. Now I have no idea what we are going to do.

    So frustrating to deal with. You can NO longer speak to a live person. You are forced to communicate via emails. They take days and days to respond to your emails. Once they do, they don't answer what you are asking. I have had 3 questions and been going back and forth for over 3 weeks and my questions have NOT been answered yet. Horrible customer service, unprofessional, nobody understands. hidden fees and no explanation what they are.The fee posted on their website is NOT what you pay. There are A LOT of hidden fees. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been using them for over 7 years and they use to be great. NOW THEY ARE HORRIBLE and taking advantage of people

    Find another payment processor and invoicing tool because this is not worth it. After initiating my first payment stripe said it would take anywhere from **** days to get my first payout. Wish I would have known that prior to submitting, but I will take that as an error on my end. I had set up stripe with an original bank account, and since I did not have any activity my bank closed it, so when I went to initiate this payment I reconnected my new account using the login tool. Well my payment failed because it stored the account that I no longer had, no providing my funds and pushing my payout. I again took that as an error on my part but instead of paying out the next day... it said it would take at least 2 days. I could have had my money had I just gone through my bank. This company is horrible and they also charged me $30 to use the invoicing tool which it says NO WHERE on their site that they would charge. This company should be reviewed as fraudulent with practices such as these

    The absolute worst company to ever do business with! They canceled my website due to the risk of items I was selling. OK fine, but now they refuse to payout the money on my account! Everytime I submit a claim through them, the "resolve" the claim just so they can close the claim. Absolutely horrible customer service, no phone number to call, non-responsive to emails. I do not know why people still do business with them.

    Worst company someone could work with. AVOIDD THEMM!!!!If they think you are a high risk business they will close your account and take your money!

    avoid stripe.com ****** support team, once you make a lot they will basically cancel your account.
