    Worst company Ever! I had these guys for about five years. They are supposed to Monitor the transactions on your account to prevent fraud from occurring. But to my surprise, they allowed multiple transactions to occur overseas when looking back it was obvious they were scams. I lost thousands of dollars and it resulted in a major blow to my company. We are a small business and these guys take advantage of everyone. They use a law that allows them to continue with this criminal activity without any litigation. The merchant basically has his/her hands tied and Stripe gets off Scotch free. Crooks. I am really considering running for political office and changing the laws so we can hold these charlatans accountable. I am sorry to report if you are a victim of these crud buckets there is nothing you can do and they know it. Once a charge back claim comes in they lock your account and boot you out.

    I signed up for Stripe to process my business invoicing and payments from my clients. It has been the WORST experience ever. I did all the things I was supposed to. Even things I was not really comfortable with, like uploading my photo ID. When I authenticated my financial institution account with ******************** so that when my clients paid their invoice, the funds would be sent to my account, everything said it was fine. There was no option given to input the account details and info myself, otherwise I would have chosen that option. Well, guess what... Stripe's system somehow got the account info WRONG, despite the fact that everything said it was authenticated. So after they held my money hostage for a week (that's their ridiculous policy and I knew that, didn't like it or agree with it, but went with it anyways) it never showed up in my account. After doing a lot of digging and going back and forth with my financial institution and Stripe, the problem came to light. And of course the financial institution pointed the finger at Stripe and Stripe pointed the finger at the financial institution. I still do not have my money. Stripe owes me way more than what my client paid at this point. As soon (I guess I should say IF and WHEN) as I get my money, I am closing down my Stripe account and will let everyone know to stay away. They advertise no hidden fees and that is also false. I am seriously considering further action against Stripe.

    This is the worst business in payment platforms Ive ever seen in my years of having a small business. These people make it so hard to do anything and as soon as you get a payment it is lost for a couple weeks by them jamming you around and not letting you get your payout ever until finally you get ******

    I have been using Stripe on my website for 3 years. Today they decided that I am "high risk" and they are going to hold 10% of my sales for 6 months. I have had no return, no charge backs ever. I have been in business for 25 years and depend on cash flow to pay my 7 employees. This is just criminal! Don't trust Stripe.

    Awful business, convinced heavily they scam smaller businesses. Im filing reports with law enforcement , nacha and ftc for illegally holding my funds. They were suppose release my remaining funds on june10th and now said they wont release them no explanation

    This ** called company STRIPES its laundry detergent in sheets DO NOT GET them they rely you for a trial pack you only have to pay the shipping so I tried them... They are not good stick to your stuff whatever you use... So after this I'm getting a charge on my card for $32.00 telling me I reorder these Come to fund out I DID NOT you can NOT talk to anyone because they do NOT answer the phone EVERYTHING IS THREW EMAIL ..BEWARE PPL this company is no good ***** *

    On February 6, 2023 there were two fraudulent withdrawals from ********************** **** (CDS) account made by your client, merchant name *******. CDS disputes these transactions since CDS did not authorized or approve either transaction from *******. CDS has never known, nor contracted for services, nor authorized ******* for any services or transactions. CDS placed a claim with **** of America and requested full refund of $10,000.00 for both transactions. **** of ************************ reached out to Stripe, *** on 02/15/2023 and requested refunds for both transactions. **** of America has rejected our request for refund based upon information provided by Stripe, Inc. The originating bank will not allow a return of the debit based on an initial contract between the two companies.. CDS has no contract with ******* and these are fraudulent withdrawals. CDS has sent emails to Stripe, Inc. , dated 3/16/2023, 3/22/23, 3/27/23 and 4/11/23, to email the address provided by **** of America, **** and has also sent a fax to Stripe on 04/11/2023, and to-date no response has been received from Stripe. CDS has called and left messages on number provided on the BBB site. We are asking for the following from ******. *****)Return of $5,000.00 (transaction # ************* ******************) and $5,000.00 (transaction# *******************************). Return of the funds can be made via check or return through the *** account of the ******************** of valid contact information from Stripe, Inc. for your merchant *******. Civil ****** Services does not have any contract with *******.

    I really wish I would've read the reviews earlier. I was approved for an account and had a client process a payment in the amount of $3,090.00. I then received a notification that Stripe wouldn't be able to service my account. I then requested that they either refund the payment back to my client or process the transaction to my business account and they denied both. Instead, it has been approximately a month and they have simply withheld funds for absolutely no reason. This has caused stress not only to my business, but my client as well. They simply could've denied the application in the beginning instead of waiting until the transaction and then holding funds. This company is shady and should be investigated. It seems I am having the same experience the the other company had on 4/15/23

    Horrible company that will ruin your business esepcially if your just starting. I used them for years 1 customer 1 time kept trying a transaction for 3 days until I was ******* able to convince him to clal his bank. After the transaction went through they immediately shut down the account and refuse to refund my customers. As theybare holding several customers money. They all got there products but I still just refund them it was only a grand and I can do something nice for them but stripe refuses to refund them so they can keep it invest it and make money from it. I will be doing a ******* video about them and all the horrible things they do to customers. Hope if you read this you watch the video Ill make on *******.
