      CRR continues to bill me 3 months advance for a service that they may or may not provide. This is the 3rd time I have to complain about CRR company not picking up the recycling bins on the scheduled day. They are all over my neighborhood if **** homes, especially on Labor Day. CRR needs to pick up these cans ASAP and credit my account for missing service on Friday, September 02, 2022. There is no reason not to service these cans before the weekend. It looks Trashy with all these cans sitting through out the neighborhood if this size. CRR needs to provide the service that they are charging us upfront service charges for.

      We are a brand new home owners here in *******. We had to set up new service for trash removal. In setting up the new service it took several days to do so. All because when we would call we would end up timing out. On average each of our calls was over 50 minutes on hold only to be dropped around the 50 minute ***** There is even the so called phone you back and keep your place in line. That did not work either. In any case we finally got through and got set up. Only to be told the new trash bins would not arrive for another month and a half. September 1st we were due to get our bins. That day came and went with not so much as a phone call. We have spent 4 plus hours trying to get this resolved. We can not get thought to even register a complaint. We will keep trying, but would like a phone call or an email with them reaching out to us. Imagine living in a brand new home and not even having a trash bin to through away your trash, packing boxes, and all the goes with moving. Come on CR&R we have no choice. We have to use you because of the monopoly. Step up and serve your customers...

      CR&R's ******** Service Supervisor contacted the customer directly on 9/9/22 to discuss the issues with service and the issues with reaching ******** Service by phone.  The customer was assured that their carts would be delivered on Thursday, 9/15/22.  The customer was satisfied with this resolution.  CR&R apologized to this customer for the lack of service and communication.  CR&R will strive to do better and have more open communication.       I ordered a commercial service for a 3 yard bin on August 11th, the company told me the bin would be delivered on the 16th. August 16th and no bin, so I called their customer support and was on hold for several hours. The rep told me that the bin will be delivered the following Friday the 19th by 6pm. 6pm comes and goes and still no bin, their office is closed so I had to wait until Monday morning to call back. I called twice on hold for an hour and it disconnected once. When the new rep came on, she was very rude and told me that the bin will be delivered the next Monday. I told her that was unacceptable because I am a caretaker for my mother and I have piles of garbage bags with medical supplies and diapers with f**** and urine in them. She replied that there is nothing she can do.So Monday comes and they picked up our residential bins and we didnt receive the 3 yard bin. I called again and the rep told me it is on schedule and just wait. I waited and still no bin. I called again the following day and they told me that the bin is scheduled for September 30th which is a month a two weeks away. I asked what they were going to do about it and they said they would email their supervisor and call me back. Didnt receive a call back so I called the next day.Ive been calling everyday since the 16th of August and keep getting the same answer, while my garage smells of f**** and urine from the build up of diapers from my mother. This is a health hazard and I dont know what else I can do.

      Trash cans were removed from the street several weeks ago and no longer have any trash cans despite paying for the largest cans, unable to get replacements. Tried to call CR&R 12 times over the past week, waiting for an hour on hold each time before the system hangs up. Emailed multiple times. Voicemails left multiple times. There is no way to contact CR&R about complete lack of service that I am still paying for

      This company has continuously failed to pick up trash from our home and neighborhood over the last few months. I have contacted them over **************************************************************** action taken from the company. It has become almost a weekly thing where we have to call about a missed pick up.

      CR&R sent a route manager out to review and investigate the issues at the customer's property on Friday, 8/26/22.  Due to a routing and mapping error, the weekly driver was unknowingly missing the service from time to time.  The errors have now been corrected and service should be completed efficiently and on time going forward. Please note that the street that this customer lives on is quite compact.  With these space constraints in mind, CR&R encourages this customer to place their carts out at the edge of the curb each week to ensure that there are no issues with servicing them.  CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this loyal customer.

      My trash is scheduled to be picked up every Monday by CR&R. However, I am having a problem with my trash being picked up me and four other neighbors. Our trash is out front of the Curve and the clearance so that the trash man can pick up the trash but they failed to do so. I have called CR&R at the ******* location and spoke to the dispatch manager ********************* and was promised that he will get down to the issue after making five complaints. Today I have also made a complaint with ************** about my issue and he said that he noticed that I have a few complaints. Now due to the trash not being picked up my trash is overloaded now I have a health concern due to rodents digging in my trash cans and skunks leaving their droppings on my driveway and ends ** in my home when being stepped on at night. . It seems to me that I am calling CR&R every other week with having to inform them that they forgot to do their job again. Someone really needs to have a talk with their CEO or VP because there's reviews and pictures also posted on ****** reviews. It is disgusting to have your trash sitting out front and not be able to have your front door to get some fresh air without smelling rotten food.       Regarding the service for the customer's residence in recent weeks/months, Operations has investigated the reported issues. CR&R strives to service efficiently every week. For this customer, CR&R failed to live up to that expectation. Due to changes in routing and the drivers associated with the route, the service has been inconsistent. The Route Manager in charge of this customer's area has been made aware of the situation and is making every effort to ensure that the carts are serviced on time every week. Additionally, the account will be monitored regularly.  CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this loyal customer as the issues are resolved.

      I will accept their response once they can show me that they can pick up the trash on Monday's for a whole month of August. Sadly but CR&R keeps bringing up the same excuse about routine changes. To me this is an excuse because after making five complaints it's still an ongoing thing with you guys at CR&R. Not only me but my other three neighbors are having the same issue. On Wednesday one of your waist drivers was passing by and I waved him down pointing at our trash cans mine and my neighbors so that he can pick them up and he just drove right past me and ignored me when I seen that he got eye contact with me. Very unprofessional

This loyal customer has been with CR&R since 2014.  Prior to 2022, there had been very few reported instances of missed service at this location.       I requested to switch my trash bins to the next larger size 3 weeks ago and they told me it was going to take place on 8/2. I called again when the switch didn't happen and I was told it was going to take today, 8/9. It still didn't happen. The smaller bins are no longer appropriate for my household.

      For a few months my green bin has not been picked up on consistently on same day as it is supposed to. My trash day was Friday July 22. My other trash was picked up but it is now Wednesday and it is still not dumped. I am in a wheelchair and have someone come on tuesdays to do cleanup in my yard. I have to pay this person to do it since i am unable. My green was not available for the green waste since it still has not been dumped. I had to pay extra to have them take away my green waste. I am on fixed income. I cannot afford to pay out extra unneeded expenses. I am currently on hold for over 30 minutes and still on hold. Then I notice a rate increase. The ***** excuse for not picking up my trash on time is not working with me anymore. I need my green waste dumped when it is supposed to be.

      The customer contact CR&R **************** on Tuesday, 7/27/22 to report that their green organics container was missed on Friday, 7/22/22.  An order was placed to send a driver back to the location to service the cart.  **************** offered the customer a credit for 1 missed service in the amount of $2.09.  The customer was not satisfied with that credit and felt that it was not sufficient.  CR&R apologized to the customer and the service was completed. Going forward, drivers are instructed to service the waste carts efficiently and on time.  CR&R will monitor this route to ensure that it is running smoothly.  No further action is required.

      I called on 6/14/22 to get service for my home. They said I would receive my bins on 6/28/22. I did not receive. They also mentioned when I first called to leave Bags outside for now, they will pick up starting immediately. But they didnt twice. I have only received one recycle bin. I still have not received my trash or organic trash bin. But I received the ****. This is ridiculous that I need to pay for a service I did not get. I would like this **** resolved I called they said why did not I call earlier. I have tried but waiting almost two hours to get ahold of customer service is unbearable. Ive had such horrible experience

      CR&R **************** spoke with this customer on Wednesday, 7/20/22 to discuss the issues with the waste carts.  Per the ********************* responsible for that area, there was an error with delivering the carts on the original requested date of 6/29/22.  New carts are being delivered on Tuesday, 7/26/22.  Additionally, this customer will not be charged or billed for any time in which the requested carts were not on the property.  CR&R apologizes for this error and is working to resolve the matter as soon as possible.  CR&R appreciates the patience and understanding of this new, loyal customer.

      On 07/15/22 - ****** has not picked up the recycling cans. These cans that has been sitting on the streets since Friday, July 15, 2022. Today is July 19, 2022. This company charges us 90 days for service before they provide her service. I would like to get a phone call regarding this matter. I am requesting a refund from this company for services not rendered for the week that they didnt pick up trash for this day July 15, 2022
