      Around the 3rd Friday of April 2023 our recycle was missed. Notes were made in my account. My can was left out as instructed for Saturday pick up and still wasn't picked up. I called and left a voicemail regarding the situation. On Monday I was promised an evening pick up and nothing. I called back again Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday because my recycle was still not picked up. At this point I even called the city to file a complaint. CR&R promised a call back from a manager and a credit for the missed pick up. To this day I have heard nothing regarding the credit and no phone call from a manager. Move forward to Friday May 19th 2023, my recycle was not picked up again. I called today and was promised a pick up by 6 pm, recycle is still there. My bill is always paid as soon as received. My bill is due this month and I have not paid, pending the credit from April and *** missed recycle pick up. I can't fail to mention I have also called about our street sweeping which hasn't happened for a year now. I would like an itemized bill of my charges to verify that I have not been paying for street sweeping, a service that has not been completed. I am also requesting a credit for the missed pick *** and a call from a manager regarding this situation.

      This customer called CR&R customer service today, Wednesday 5/24/23, and filed a complaint with CR&R **************** regarding recycle service and street sweeping. Their concerns were forwarded to the ********************* for review, and a work order was scheduled for today for the driver to return. Additionally, a sales adjustment was entered on the account to credit the customer for missed recycle service on 4/14/23. Special notes have been provided to the recycle driver to ensure service is completed, and the recycle driver will report any issues encountered during service. CR&R thanks this customer for their patience and understanding.

      Trash is supposed to be serviced on Thursdays. My trash pick up was missed on 04/20, 04/27, 05/04. I received service on 05/11 as scheduled. I was then missed again on 05/18. I called on 5/19 - she said that they'd have the driver swing back by, he didn't. I called again on 05/22, she then claimed that the driver informed her that the can was "too heavy" (whole separate issue). If that was the problem then why was I not told that on Friday 5/19 when I called? They then claimed that they'd have a driver go out on 5/22 - no show again. Called on 5/23, they are claiming that the can is still too heavy. Requesting that I REMOVE trash from the trash can so that they can lift the can. Like that is NOT a solution!! I already have multiple trash bags sitting on my front porch because my can has not been serviced. Not to mention, when I wasn't picked up for 3 weeks they claimed the same thing "can too heavy" but then came and picked up the can with no problems. I also went out to remove the trash on 5/22 PM like they asked just because I am desperate to receive a service that I PAY for. PRIOR to removing trash I was able to tip the can over with no issue so why can the truck not pick the can up?? Corporate & local customer service have been absolutely NO help & I have talked to SEVEN people at this point. I JUST WANT MY TRASH TO BE PICKED UP!! I pay on time I want my service on time!

      This customer contacted CR&R **************** several times to inform that her trash container was not receiving service. Upon review of the account, the drivers have made reports since Thursday 4/13/23 stating the customer's container has been too heavy. As a result, service could not be rendered. This customer contacted CR&R **************** again on Tuesday 5/23/23 to discuss a resolution, and the customer was advised to offload the container so the driver could provide a double service on their next service day. CR&R appreciates this customer's patronage and understanding.

      CR&R missed all 3 carts on Friday 5/12/23. I made first inquiry on Monday with assurance of same day pickup but still no show. I made inquiry every single day from 5/14-5/19 and they finally showed up on their pick up day 5/19/23 Friday only to leave behind organic Easter that despite being in closed trash bag is filled with flies. No accountability on customer care with the same excuse I will inform routing and sorry. I have not seen such lack of accountability and definitely the monopoly of the business has made them non responsive to the complaints.

      I have complained before already. They called before and it was picked up before but this time, it happened again. My reycled trash wasn't picked up again today. I am current with my payment. Please advise.

      For the past 6 consecutive weeks I have had issues with my trash getting picked up. I have lived at the address for the past 5 years, never had a issue. Nothing has changed on my part. the trash cans are put out in the exact same spot every week. For the last 6 weeks every week I have to call and tell them to pick up my trash, a couple times twice in one week, I have made complaints with the customer service multiple times. Last week they never picked it up, so I called the next day they said it would be picked up by Friday. It never was. I called Monday they said it would be picked up, by Monday latest Tuesday morning, again not picked up. I Called twice today talked to a supervisor by the name of ******, she assured me it would be picked up and she would follow up with a phone call. I called her again at 2:30 pm she said they have until 6pm someone would be here, I had nothing to worry about and the problem is solved. It is now 7:30 PM no one has come to pick up my trash. They have on record and admit they have my complaints on record, but refuse to fix the problem. I pay for a weekly trash pick up, and last week they received my money, but I did NOT receive the service. I also live in a private community and the Home owners Association are complaining because my trash can has been left out on the street for the last week, which is against the law here. I understand CR&R has a monopoly on the trash service in my area and surrounding areas, maybe they are getting to big and its time to bring other services in the communities.

      according to ***** the supervisor  this was supposed to be done on Tuesday so I could fill the trashcan with this weeks trash since, they did not pick up last week I have a extra weeks worth of trash.  

        ******* exact words was the trash would be picked up Tuesday so I could refill the container wiht this weeks trash. For the last week they said at least two times they were sending someone out, never happend.  So I asked her If I needed to baby sit this, she assured me it would be taken care of.  It never happened. They never picked it up like she assured me it would.

There were no reported issues on that date. The customer's scheduled service day is Wednesday, and the drivers have been informed to monitor the account closely to ensure service is completed as scheduled.       This company has been refusing service to myself and multiple people in the mountain community with the excuse of weather when there has been none. they have charged me for the last 3 months of weekly service and only serviced the dumpster 2 times out of 12+ that should have been conducted calling me with threats of discontinuing my service for nonpayment refusing to adjust for missed days and keep telling me it is all in review for the last few months. The supervisors refuse to speak with customers. they are not holding up their end of the contract and are constantly charging as well as price hikes without notice to customers.

      I purchased a new home in **. I have not received new trash cans and recycling bins since I purchased this home only used and broken down bins. Now the recycling bin is cracked up and the wheels have fallen off. The trash man left the broken bin in the streets in front my residence. I called the ********** ** office and the headquarter office and no one will help. They keep say stating that they are short of help. They have told me that for a whole year. But, the city near me receives all of the proper services, I pay $70.96 for bad service. Please help me to receive the proper services. They told me that I would receive a new bin May 3, 2023 and I have not received anything as of today. Only rude customer service. I would like to receive new trash and recycle bins. I am a ** citizen and home owner.

      A summary of the issues; 

      I called them on November 8, 2022 and asked to receive weekly trash pickup and as of today, May 4, ************************************************************** $22.50 so far. Ive called on numerous occasions but to no avail. 



      At first I was told Id receive the trash cans within a week. Then I was told if I came and picked up the cans myself Id get them sooner. The last time I talked to them they said they were out of trash cans. 



      I feel waiting six months is a long time to have to wait for trash service. Im disabled so taking my trash to the dump myself is difficult. 



      This company is the only company to service this area so I cant hire a different trash company.

      Arranged bulk item pickup for 6am-6PM April 26th for a few items in front of the garage. These items were never picked up, without any communication to **** called the evening of April 26th to leave a voicemail requesting after-hours pickup for the bulk items, as well as a recycling can which they had missed.I received no response. On April 27th, CR&R picked up the recycling can, but not the bulk items. I called to inquire, and was told I would receive a call back. I never did.I called for a third time on the afternoon of April 27th. I was told they would see if they could get pickup for April 28th, and they would call me back. I never received that call.I called the morning of April 29th. A representative confirmed over the phone that CR&R would pick these items up later in the day. They never did.I called a fifth time, and I was informed that the pickup was pushed to Monday May 1st without communicating this to me whatsoever. The minimum wage phone representative made a point of asserting that I was receiving a free service, which I only receive for paying CR&R a monthly fee, so I was lucky to receive this service (which I was also not receiving, and have had to call five times to attempt).I live in a condo where the *** may fine you if you leave items out beyond trash day (April 28th). These were left out each day, with the agreed-upon expectation that CR&R would pick them up.If I incur any damages as a result of CR&Rs gross inability to maintain their obligations or communicate with me whatsoever, including any *** penalties, I will be taking legal action against this garbage company.I am requesting a billing adjustment to compensate for the ridiculous time & labor I have invested to get them to do their jobs. If I take legal action, this time will be taken into account at my hourly wage, which will be much more expensive than a billing credit.

      I just want the CR&R to do their job and pickup the trash on time and not leave it undone. I would like their customer service department to be responsive. No trash collector came to pickup one of the trash. They need to collect trash in timely manner and not let it sit that long for a week.
