      Over the course of the last three years of using CR&R, we have had mutiple instances of late waste services. The most recent and unacceptable was no service for green waste for the week of Jan *****st. I called at least twice to report that my service was missed, and yet no service was provided.I requested a credit on my next bill due to their failure to provide service; however, they denied it, stating that service was provided the day following our regular service day. I have my phone bill showing that I called after that day, refuting their claim of service (Why would I call if green waste was picked up). After they informed me of their denial, two months later, I appealed their decision, and yet have not had further correspondence from them.Although this is not definitive evidence, multiple people in the surrounding cities have had poor service, yet we have no choice to use CR&R.

      CR&R service has been really bad lately. Especially in the last year. Last year they missed our street entirely. It took messages and phone calls every day. They don't answer their phone, so you have to call billing to talk to someone. Finally, a week later they picked our trash at 8PM after many phone calls. Now since then, they have been late picking up trash more and more. Usually, 1-2 days late. Have had numerous e-mails to and from *********** Assistant City Manager. CR&R was supposed to call me and never did. They don't respond to messages.

After investigation, it was determined that there were unexpected delays on the route that prevented our driver from servicing in a timely manner.       Same issue with the trash and recycle pick up. My service days are fridays, they always leave this section either for trash or recycle. I called Monday 3/20/23 and spoke to **** he said he was going to send a truck out for pick up. No one showed up! So I called today Tuesday 3/21/23 I for got to ask for the person name. He also said they were going to send someone out here today and no one showed up. *** complained so many times for this and it seems like they dont care. I also told the dispatcher I spoke today I wanted to speak to the residential Route manager he said he would give him my phone number and the manager would call. Well its 8:15 at night and no one called. I feel this company does this kind of things because they have the franchise to the ****************. If it was an open market the outcome would be different I think!!!

A return service was scheduled on the same day to have the recycle cart serviced.       It is understandable that when a major holiday occurs (Christmas, 4th of July, etc.), the service is delayed 1 (one) day as had been the routine with the previous owner. However the routine now is that not only when a major holiday occurs but also during a regular week (as was last week), it can be 2 and even 3 days for trash pickup.Keep in mind that we do not live in the city where it would be only a few feet for us to get the trash out to the trash barrel, but we live in the country and is quite a distance from the house to outside our property to the street for pickup. So sometimes now we have to keep full trash bags in the house til we happen to go out to town in order to dispose of the full trash bags into the trash barrel which is now down the hill from our house.We were even called once in past couple of months and told that the trash truck "might" not be there on the scheduled day but for sure the following day. Well 3 days later he finally showed up. At that point why put the trash barrel out for that next week when only 3-4 days of trash? So in essence this business is not providing the service it said it would provide and is thus undependable.

      Good Afternoon,My name is ***************************,Hopefully this message reaches someone who can help. I was looking to file a complaint against employees at the CR&R Inland Regional Material Recovery Facility. Recently a piece of equipment thats belongs to us was found on the property; we went into the office to ask how we could retrieve the property and they gave us a number to someone named ***** who they said could help.We called the number multiple times but no one answered. We went back and told the employees that we will be calling the cops if they dont help us retrieve the equipment. It was only at this moment that ***** came out and allowed us to take it.We thought that was the end of it but now when we go back they dont let use the facility to dump. They told us that we are banned but they wont tell us why.Its feel like this is backlash from the incident where it was our box that was taken. We are looking to file a complaint against Belen or talk to someone at headquarters who could hopefully help us out.Thank you for taking the time to read this and appreciate any help !Best Regards,**************

      Located in ********, *******. The lack of trash pickup is causing pest issues from a large amount of trash piling up. Im unable to take my trash to the dump myself like others have had to. We pay approximately $80 every couple months for services to just go 2 weeks without a pickup. As a family of 5 and 1 in diapers, having dirty diapers piling up for that long has become a nuisance. Everyone in the area is experiencing the same issue and unfortunately a lot of them are elderly or Spanish speaking only and are unable to file a complaint towards the business. Anytime weve called the office there is either no answer or they simply say we will get around to it when we can.

CR&R has raised this concern with the local Operations team and place special notes on the account to ensure service is monitored closely for this customer for the next few service days.       The response was upon review of the customers accountno reported issues. Well of course there wouldnt be. They are simply phone calls and they wont report the calls from every caller. Need I specify my account number and name every time Im inquiring why pickup is between **** days late? Just so they have record who each person is thats calling? This response is from the main office in **********, who likely have no clue how ********** CR&R is running and how horrible the service is. I will attach screenshots from multiple customers in regards to this same issue. I can assure im not the only one.

      This is **************** for ** facility. The entire area covered (mostly **********, ** area) has been having wide spread issues and any attempt to resolve ends in frustration. In December and Jan we were not given service for 2.5 weeks. Many others experienced same and even more non service issues than myself. There was a huge blowup on ******** requesting help, complaints, personal experiences, etc. When I complained I received no help. I asked for refund, no help. Standard reply is "We eventually picked up your trash right?" I paid half my monthly bill and now I am receiving "pay or else" letters on the unpaid balance of which I received NO SERVICE. I have spent hours on hold, sent to collections department (as in punitively, before I refused to pay...) Many people are still having issue. The dump is shut down often due to broken equipment, I assume. I am asking STILL for $37 credit for 2.5 weeks of NO SERVICE. I am not the only one. Thank you.

      We are paying for garbage pick up services on Tuesdays and Friday’s & they have missed pick ups around 8 times in the past two months . We have contacted corporate headquarters but no one can help us . It’s a health hazard to have garbage overflowing . It’s not just us , we have about ten other neighbors . Also , there have been several complaints over the part few months that garbage on town is not being picked up . We pay our bill but are not getting services . The CR &R office in our town is not managed properly and they always they are coming and never show up . We have no other garbage options . Also they say the equipment is not strong enough to pick up pails . How is that our issue ?

      The Operations Manager investigated the reported service issues for this customer.  After review, it was determined that the customer sometimes loads their carts over the weight limit which causes the truck to not be able to lift them.  The Operations team offered to change this customer to a 3 yard trash bin to accommodate the amount of trash that they are producing and the customer rejected that.  The customer has been informed that they cannot overload their carts or they will continue to have this issue.  CR&R is willing to work with this customer to try to resolve the matter. It is recommended for the customer to contact the local office for further assistance.

      They are missing the point of my complaint . We are supposed to have pickups Tuesday and Friday . They either don’t come at all on Tuesday or don’t come at all on Friday so that is why the pails are too heavy . If they came when they are scheduled to the pails would be easy to lift . This is unacceptable. It’s just recently been a problem and we are doing nothing different . How is it the residents fault that they are  missing pickups but we are paying our bill in full .  If they come on Tuesday and Friday there will be no issues . I personally think it is mismanaged and the workers are not doing the routes bc my neighbors are missing pickups on same days . How do we get them To come on service days ? Do I need to call the news ? It has nothing to do with how heavy the pails are ..it has to with the fact that they are not showing up & as a result I have so much overflow . Also we were told there are not enough workers and they can’t reach everyone??!!

      ****** has failed to empty our recycling bin during regularly scheduled Monday pick-up five weeks in a row. Almost daily calls to the company have been met with friendly indifference. Filing a complaint with BBB (********) resulted in an out-of cycle pick-up last week. However, the problem is persisting despite CR&R acknowledging that it is on their end (drivers do not show up - not an issue of closed gates or blocked access). Hence we are filing this new complaint and contacted the ***************** Department.

      City of Perris contracted with CR and R for trash pick up service and street sweeping cleaning services. CR and R decided to bill us every 3 months instead of every month. I believe we pay 3. months in advanced while CR and R trash pick services is inconsistent and late. We rather pay every month to keep our own money in our pockets instead having CR and R have trash services money in advance. Their street sweeper will only show when up on occasion and streets are not cleaned properly. CR and R will bill vacant property or threaten to a lien on homeowner property even is unoccupied or vacant and not generating any trash items. That's not fair to property owners. Property owner should only pay for services when their property is generating trash from either tenants or properly owners. I believe you cannot cancel trash services according to CR and R and City of Perris since they all agreed to impose lien on your property if trash services are not paid even if property is not generating trash. For example if a homeowner have one or two unoccupied property which does not generate any trash. It's just like any other utility services. Customer pay for something or pay for ******************** when it is needed by a customer. If there is no trash ******************** needed. Consumer should be able to cancel no longer needed services without the city or their contracted trash services imposing a lien on private property owners.We thank you for your help and assistance in this matter.

      The customer contacted the *************************** to file a complaint regarding service concerns with street sweeping and cart services being skipped. CR&R **************** forwarded these concerns to the Operations team and made an attempt to reach out to the customer again to discuss this further. CR&R has left the customer a voicemail. If a property is vacant, customers do have the ability to contact CR&R and cancel services without accumulating additional fees. All residents that are serviced by CR&R in the city of Perris are billed every three months.
