    Ordered these as Christmas Gifts November 25, 2023. I needed to wrap these and send to family members. According to our correspondences they have not shipped. I asked for a refund and was denied. I have copied and pasted the response's I received below. There are more as I was also notified November 30 they were having shipping issues.The shipping on your order has already commenced so unfortunately we will be unable to cancel your order. As of now we are unable to guarantee a delivery date the only time frame we can confirm is your order will arrive before Christmas. If you would like a refund then you will have to either refuse the delivery upon arrival or get back in contact with us and we'll start the returns process.     I purchased a thermometer from Meater US on Monday, September 4, 2023.According to ************ it was posted on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.The order number, (according to ******* website) is US855014998117SP.To date, I have not received said product. I don't require a refund but rather the product.

    I purchased the meater block in the color brown sugar for my husband for his birthday in April 2023. He has attempted to perform multiple cooks with the thermometer since and has had nothing but connection issues & bad results with cooking meat. On the company website it claims that the probes contain Longer Range: Bluetooth to WiFi range extension built-in up to 165ft. Stand-Alone Mode: Cook without the use of your smartphone. And that Multiple Probes: Dual temperature sensors in each probe can monitor internal meat temperature up to 212F and ambient/external temperature up to 527F simultaneously. This could not be further from the truth. After following all the rules and recommendations of operating the device, we have yet to have meat cooked the way it says it will cook. Upon looking at recent reviews of the product we purchased, it appears this isn't an issue that we are only experiencing. Troubleshooting the product does not help. We have spent a lot of money on all kinds of meats to try and figure out the issue because this item does not operate as it should. We also spent $304.90 on this product and it doesnt work as it should as stated in the details description of the product. We would like a refund due to a defective product. Thank you.

    My MEATER block quit working and customer service is giving the run around about fixing the unit.

    On 8/21/2023 my wife paid Apption Labs for an online order of a Meater Plus temperature probe. It does not work as expected. The support desk at Apption asked several questions and suggested things to try to fix the problem. Everthing tested OK except the probe does not connect via Bluetooth when the lid is put onto my smoker, as it should.I've requested instructions on how to return the Meater Plus and have not gotten a response.I simply want to return it for a refund.

    Meater probe does not work. I can not get any assistance from support for a new product. This is an issue with many other customers and the company will not address the problem.

    -Order received May 10, 2023. -Used the product several times before the temperature probe parts separated. -Previously while cooking in the oven set to 425 degrees (which was also verified by an independent thermometer), the thermometer alarmed that the ambient temperature was over the ***imum of 527 degrees. -I contacted Meater June 14, 2023 asking for resolution.-****** replied 13 days later that the product is not covered under warranty due to the probe exceeding the ***imum temperature. -I am convinced that meater has purposefully programmed its probe to indicate false temperature spikes above the *** rated temperature in order to automatically void the warranty.

    Wife gifted me the meater plus. First cook was great. No issues. Have attempted to perform multiple cooks with appliance since and have had nothing but connection issues. Upon looking at recent Amazon reviews and reviews in the app store it appears this isn't an issue that I am only having, but countless others. I've performed all the troubleshooting. I've wasted significant money on meat because this item does not work as it should. I've also read in the reviews that contacting customer service does not help, so I will use this channel instead.

    I purchased a MEATER thermometer through Amazon on February 27, 2023. The item has a 90 day warranty. Their customer service seems to be made up of robotic Happiness Bots. They ask all of the typical questions such as battery etc. that never resolved the issue which is the item doesnt work. The case number is *****. The last communication told me the case was closed? I sent them photos and screen shots. I like the item. I simply want it replaced.
