      For over five years, *** had an old phone number attached to my Yahoo email account. Suddenly out of nowhere today they tell me that my password and username information no longer matches and is correct. With an old phone number attached to my account the only way to rectify the issue was to call customer service to have them change the phone number a fairly simple and routine fix. However, yahoo insists that they get paid simply to change the phone number attached to your account. What a scam.

      Currently, on a daily basis. I am the one who is moving stuff from my inbox to spam. Even though a few of the emails address has the word spam in it. I compliant to yahoo and all I got was a oh well, maybe if you paid for it we can help love seeing business help people and not worry about the bottom dollar

      This new Yahoo **************** is THE most stupidest format that they have ever put out! Every time you click on an article & go back, it takes you all the way back to the beginning of the home page. Email is the most difficult thing to navigate. BRING BACK THE OLD YAHOO!

      Yahoo was once a powerhouse, a trusted name in the digital world. But now? Its a frustrating shadow of what it used to be. My account has been locked for three weeks due to an encryption issue tied to ******, and all I wanted was a simple solution. Instead, I was told I had to pay for a premium subscription just to receive basic technical support, or go online for "free online help," (e.g., written instructions that did nothing to resolve the problem)After two decades of loyalty, my only option now is to delete my account. If ********************** continues down this pathprioritizing profit over customer serviceits only a matter of time before they drive away countless long-time users like me. Its a shame to see such a once-great platform take this direction.

      Why is trying to recover an email address a f****** joke? I've been out of my account since January of this year and for some stupid a** reason my verification fails every time. Useless a** customer service.

      An old philosopher of the name "******* ****" said ... "Stupid is as stupid does!" Yahoo, don't you understand that email is email and doesn't have to be difficult. Bring back the real classic version. The reason that I'm leaving a review here is because your switch-back to the classic version does not present my profile anymore (in order to leave a review). I would have to switch to the new version, access my profile, leave a review, and go back, switch to the classic, which now functions and looks terrible. I would have gladly paid a small fee to keep the classic ... of course, if I paid, it would have to be ad-free and come with, at least, 15GB of data email storage. My spouse already dropped you guys of few years ago due to heavy ads and lack of honest-to-goodness spam control. I'm thinking of moving over to another service very soon myself. You are worse than the government. They don't listen to the people either. Enjoy your spoils!

      Ive been a member of yahoo since 2009 never had a problem with them until now it doesnt make sense on how they want you to pay something to recover your account thats not right yahoo employees are rude have no customer service skills i dont know how they even got that job regardless if yahoo says for us to update our information how are supposed to do that if our phone get lost/damaged or stolen ? Yahoo yall need to work on giving free phone service and proper customer service
