    Crunch labs is amazing! My daughter loves the projects and learns a lot. When we broke a part by accident the company mailed us a new part right away. Free of charge!

    My son looks forward to the subscription package every month and if it is damaged during transit, they replace it immediately without making you return the old package.

    The crunch labs team is absolutely stellar!! Each time Ive contacted customer support Ive been helped immediately above and beyond my needs. My 8 year old loves his boxes so much!! Cant wait to start a sub for my next boy when hes old enough.

    My son loves these and I love how much he's learning doing the builds. I'm incredibly impressed. Love that they replace all parts, no questions asked. When a box was scheduled to arrive while I was on vacation, customer service was very responsive. They weren't able to stop it from shipping, but they promised to send me a new box if it wasn't there when I got home. Luckily it was there when I got home, but it was nice not to have to worry about that.

    Excellent quality and customer service. They helped speed up shipping so we could get all our summer boxes before moving. They also quickly replaced a part that was missing from one box.

    The website is not clear regarding the different memberships. I signed up for camp crunch labs and received one per week all summer. It was great. When it came time to renew, I wanted to move to a monthly subscription and use a different credit card. So I stopped that subscription and started a monthly subscription to the same person, same address, same account. The website even says-camp crunch labs is over. Instead of continuing with new boxes, they started sending my son the same boxes from camp crunch labs. I didn't realize that they were sending boxes we all ready received until the second month. They refused to credit my account for the two boxes that we had already received. And it's been around three weeks and I think they are just about to get the correct boxes shipped out. It's taking a very long time to get this solved. I'm disappointed with this customer service.

    Fantastic and engaging kits for my son, we love the combo of the kit + instructions in addition to the video that explains the engineering principals behind the build.
