  **************** is very responsive, and my kids absolutely love the boxes. I love the videos that teach scientific principles. It is a bit pricey, but seems like everything is these days, and I would rather my kids have this than another piece of plastic or video games.

  I loved crunch labs. I learned so much and the projects were fun and engaging the was a slight issue with getting the switch for the boomerang car but customer support was great and the people were helpful, but when I got my switch it was wired incorrectly, but I wont go to customer support again because I am scared they may thing I am scamming them but besides that, I had so much fun and I will continue to love this project.

  Crunch Labs is so cool. My son loves getting his new box every month, and we always learn something new as he builds the project. One month our box arrived with nothing inside, as it had been damaged in the mail. customer service was so awesome about sending us a new one right away and making it right. I would recommend Crunch Labs to any family that has kiddos who want to have a blast learning to think like engineers.

  I started getting Crunch labs for my son who is really into science. With juggling multiple kids I have a hard time keeping up with all their desire to learn! Its a new company so I also wanted to support the people behind the company (because I love the concept). My son has loved the build boxes, but I think the best part is the videos that come with them. The videos explain the physics behind each build, and I love how the build boxes each have a concept they are focusing on. **************** has also been great.

  So far so good. My granddaughter just got her second kit and hasn't put it together yet. But she learned from the first kit and enjoys using it. Will see how it goes.As far as service - it was excellent. She received her kits on time as promised with no damaged parts.
