    My son didnt receive one of his subscription. It could have possibly been on the postal service end we didnt know. He was disappointed as he loves the projects and displays them. I contacted customer service to see if maybe there was a glitch or something. They were amazing. They wanted to make sure he had every project he was enrolled for and within a few days shipped it out for him. He was thrilled!! Its always an exciting day when his package arrives. Thanks Crunch Labs. This experience for my son, and the rest of our family as he shows us the workings of his builds and playing with them.

    Crunch Labs is a very cool, monthly gift for your child. Each month it's filled with a new activity and video where your child can learn about cause/effect and many other things. Their projects have your child very interested and engaged. We did have a slight issue with shipping but their amazing customer service team handled promptly and since we've had zero issues. I highly recommend them to any parent/grandparent looking for a monthly gift that's exciting and quite interactive. Big Fans of Crunch Labs

    We adore these build boxes! My daughter learns so much from watching each of ****'s videos, and each month's creation teaches her something new about science in a fun and memorable way. Furthermore, we have had great experiences with their customer service when a couple parts broke while assembling- they sent new parts at no cost to us and they were at our home in a few days. We are extremely happy with CrunchLabs!

    The idea of crunch labs is awesome. My son loves the builds, they are fun and easy. We get to spend quality time doing something cool. We needed a replacement piece, it was so easy to contact and deal with customer support for a replacement. They replied within 24 hours and had the new piece out to us within a week. Top notch. Thank you.

    My children love Crunch Labs. The science instruction provided is amazing. **************** response was fantastic when we had a box that had opened during shipment. I highly recommend Crunch Labs for the product provided and the excellent customer service support.

    Good responsive service. Issues were not frequent, but when they did happen they addressed them immediately. All deliveries arrived in good condition, and the products were of good quality.
