    Crunch labs has been wonderful to work with. They are very responsive and eager to help if ever an issue arises. My son has loved the monthly boxes and we look forward to learning and building something new each time.Our community has had a really hard time lately with mailbox theft. We had two boxes stolen and crunch labs immediately sent us new ones without making us feel guilty. It meant a lot to us that they would just fix the issue even when it wasn't caused by them.

    This is the most incredible and educational monthly subscription. **** is an phenomenal teacher and the videos are easy to understand and very interesting for all ages. Our family can't wait to get our crunch labs each month!

    We LOVE Crunch Labs!! My 12 year old looks forward to them each month and learning and building! We've never had an issue with our box or the contents or the instructions! So great! I once had a payment issue (as my card had expired) and **************** was WONDERFUL to work with. Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable. We love Crunch Labs! Highly recommend!!

    I've spent a lot of money on monthly kits for the grandkids and this is the first and only kit I can say we've been 100% happy with. ******** was 8 to start and is now 10 and looks forward to putting them together each month. On the couple of instances where we've been missing a part, it has been sent to us without delay at no cost. I can't say enough good about Crunch Labs.

    There aren't words to describe the company **** has built. The boxes are incredible! We had an issue with our very first box and I reached out to customer support, not only did they email but followed up with multiple phone calls until the issue was resolved. This company and product are worth their weight in gold and then some.

    Excellent product. We have subscribed since the beginning. My son looks forward to his new box every month. One time we got the same box twice in a row, but I emailed and it was quickly fixed and a new box sent. Great company!

    Crunch Labs not only has ***************-your-own toys for kids but also provides great customer service. I have subscribed to their build box subscription and my daughter is always excited to receive one of these boxes. We had a couple of delays due to international shipment, but Crunch Labs team was always prompt to respond and fix the issue. Highly recommend their products to promote STEM and pure fun.
