    The kids have arrived on time and with all the necessary materials included. In one instance one of the parts was broken in a kit, and they sent a replacement part no questions asked.

    My boys have loved the projects and the videos that accompany each one. My 7 and ***************************************************************************************************************************************** another. I love that there are typically a few spare parts in each box for the easily lost/broken items though so far we have not actually needed to use any of them. We have completed 11/12 for this year and just saw the preview for next year which looks great as well.

    Appreciate the thoughtfulness they put into their products and their services. Crunch labs exceeded my expectations for quality and sets a high bar for ensuring customer satisfaction.
