      My solar panels with freedom Forever were installed on 7/17/2019 and has been working great up until June 9th 2022 and stopped producing. A freedom foever Tech came out on July 1st and got it back up and working for a day and a half and stopped working again. after several phone calls to freedon forever a second tech was sent out on 7/13 and again got it up & working for a day and again went back down.he did say while he was her that if it did go back down that their panel should be replaced, since then I have called freedom forever on 7/15 , 7/18 & 7/21 & today 7/25 each time I have called they say they have opened up a ticket & once they have date to have a tech out someone will call and no one has called. I have learned on my own that if I go my electrical panel each morning I can get the service to come back up, but it only stays on for 12 to 15 hours & goes back down again. I paid freedom forever over 28,000 for these solar panels with a guarantee to produce 10.400 Kwh which not happening now and they have not fixed the problem that started over a month ago and they still have not resolved the problem. the id number is ******* and after my name there is what i believe is account number *******.

      My wife and I signed a contract with freedom forever in late March 2022. At which time we were promised $1000 for also using their security system and switch from another company to them. That never happened. Our sales person never let me know what was going on with the process. I spoke to him about the $1000 rebait at which time he told me he would resolve the issue. That never happened. He shortly after completely stopped answer all calls and texts from us. I called freedom forever solar almost daily to get this problem solved I spoke to at least 50 different people in the company telling them the story not once did this get resolved. I would just get a new number or email to contact, that never amounting to anything. I even got the director of sales and sales VP names and numbers, I called them and left voicemail with both of them and never received a call back. My solar panels are finally up and running as of June 2022 I got our first bill to be paid in July 2022 only problem is that we do not have a net meter due to supply shortage and now I have to pay for my solar panels and a not any reduced electric bill. I found out from my electric company that they have been out of net meters since beginning of this year and that all solar companies know this. But we were never disclosed this information. I can’t afford to pay both the panels and my regular non reduced electric bill. I was told that my solar company should be able to refund my payments till the net meter was installed. I emailed them my receipt and they denied refunding me because my solar panels are turned on even though they are not benefiting my home or electric bill at all. This company is full of lies and deceiving people. They don’t keep their promises and do not care about their customers. I regret getting solar panels at all at this point when they are not benefiting us at all, but instead hurting us by now having two separate bills.

      Mr. ****** concern is their
      sales representative promised they would receive a $1,000 rebate for switching
      security companies. After, Mr. ****** switched companies he hasn’t received the
      rebate. After multiply attempts of contacting their sales representatives Mr.
      ****** hasn’t received any further information. After reaching out Mr. ******
      sales representatives regarding their concern. **** the sales representative
      stated Mr. ****** is receiving $25.00 off his monthly Vivint bill. It’s a standard
      discount, Freedom Forever has no further information regarding the billing
      information for Vivint. Mr. ****** will need to contact Vivint directly to go
      over any billing concerns. Vivint contact information: *************



      Mr.****** also had another concern regarding their net metering not being
      installed. **** Electric, they have an equipment shortage- they are currently
      out of “Net meters” and the restocking timeline is unknown. Mr.****** will
      still benefit from their solar system by using their system partially during
      the day instead of waiting for the “net meter” to be installed. Mr.****** will
      need to contact their utility company directly regarding the usage the utility
      company will receive from their solar system.
