      The phone receptionist was pleasant, however, I AM NOT happy that Freedom Forever couldn't resolve my $$ ******** 1st bill is $20 more than I was told by the sales team.

      The most recent person I spoke to, *****, is by far the only competent person working there. I am utterly furious with everyone else working there. I received a threatening email that they were going to put a lien on my house for non compliance but i have complied every step of the way. Turns out some one over there screwed up and put a random email to a stranger on my account. So i never received the document requests. I spent the last two weeks telling them i wasnt getting a doc request and then ****, email about a lien. So i spent 2 hours today being pushy and angry until i finally get to some one who actually can do, and does something. No one was able to complete any of my requests before her. If i finally get the document today, maybe I will improve my rating. But i jave been with out power to half my house for weeks because of their electricians botching the install and i have holes in my wall that go right outside that the ********* they sent refused to fix. this has been an overall, awefull experience.
