      Purchased solar from Freedom Forever in July of 2021 for $75k and today 01/22/2023 still do not have a working system so now I am paying for solar and utility companies. With zero help from the attorney general and this awful company. I have just accepted that I lost and just have to pay both of them in fear of hurting and or damaging my credit.

      The system was installed facing east and not getting full potential of the sun . I'm having a hard time getting this changed to the south. Been on the phone with freedom every week with no results.

      I am very dissatisfied with this company and it's promises . I started this project in August of 2022 and as of today, I am not yet producing energy. I am now paying electric services to both my current electric company and for panels that have yet to work. I have called and emailed Freedom to attempt and resolve issue, without any resolve. They promise reimbursement, but I have yet to see anything from them. DO NOT do business with this company, representatives promise "excellent and quality service" but what you receive is delays and no response. The representative that sold the panels, was great, but once the panels are installed, he no longer gets involved nor assists in solving the problem.

      Quick, simple, straightforward process. It was nice to be able to log into my account and see what stage my project was in at any given time. The staff were very helpful and I felt like I got good service.

      Freedom solar customer service is a joke. Every call I get a completely different answer. Trying to get information to get my incentives from my electric company is like pulling teeth. IF YOU THINK IT WILL BE EASY TO GET PAPER WORK FROM THEM FOR EVERYTHING YOU NEED, THEY HAVE YOU FOOLED. They do not care to help I have requested to talk to a supervisor and was told they will call back but never do. They tell you to call mosiac and then mosiac says call freedom solar and its just a run around. I wish I could now have the solar system removed. I was told it would reduce my electric bill and now I have a solar bill and still an electric bill so while it did reduce what I pay the electric company by approx 50 bucks I am still paying 200 for the solar and over 100 to the electric company.

      Please don't make the same mistake I made. A sales representative came out to my home soliciting for solar panel installation. One of my main concerns was the appearance on my newly built home after installation. This was made very clear to the sales reps at that time. I walked through the neighborhood to see what other homes looked like after panel installation before making a decision. On date of installation, the installers approached my door and said they might not need to enter my attic. Once again, my fault I should have asked questions because this was the opposite of what the survey rep said on his visit. At no point did the installers enter my home or evaluate wiring options. At the end of installation, I realized they snaked the wiring across the roof of my home east to west vs running it through the attic. I immediately contacted customer service as well as my sales rep to voice my concerns, only to receive false information. First my sales rep made the statement that the installers looked inside my attic and determined that it could not be ran through the attic, not realizing the installers never entered my home. Then the sales rep said wiring through the attic is an additional charge and when I asked him the cost and told him ill pay it, he responded by saying its not up to code running wires through the attic and can't be done. WHICH IS IT SIR???? Not a happy customer!!! I'll be exploring options outside of this company to come look at re-wiring very soon. It became very obvious that most wiring was ran through the attic on the other homes because their homes appear much neater than mine. They also used other Solar providers advertised more consistently throughout the sub division...this was the first mistake I made. Had I reached out to my neighbors before deciding on which company to use for solar panels, I could have saved myself the headache and additional cost. Please do your research and keep an eye on the installers as they work.

      Hello, thanks for showing some concerns. A customer service specialist said the conduit can be painted to match my roof. My concerns is the quality of the paint and it peeling over time. Will that make my house look even more unattractive. Still waiting on a reply. Had proper expectations been set by the company before making me agree to a contract that would allow the best decision for its customers. This was not done.

      Absolutely horrible! After promises that their installation of solar would reduce my electric bill to zero and that the "tax credit" would pay for the process, I am now $34,000 or so in debt for the installation, and the amount of solar the system produces is barely 1/4 of what we use. It's been a year-long struggle trying to work with them, to no avail! What a scam! I wish I could give "0" stars.
