      There are alot of things that where not disclosed in the beginning.
      1. I need over a million dollar insurance policy
      2. They take 5 months to get action.
      3. No one at this company is aware of there policies.

      Freedom ForeverThis was the most terrible experience that I've had with a professional contractor. The installation was professional, but I am rating/reviewing my experience based on customer relations and customer support based on issues that were found after installation. There was documented gross-negligence by the customer support team. My entire process started in March/April and PTO finally came in December. Mind you, my system is NOT turned on yet. The contractors installed the wrong inverter unit, incorrectly wired the production meter box, incorrectly wired the service utility meter box; all of which caused multiple delays. The issues were exacerbated when the customer support representatives constantly said that Freedom was waiting on Xcel the utility company to approve and close-out the construction permits. This was a lie, Xcel repeatedly said that Freedom never uploaded the final inspection results. Yet every time I called Freedom, they said they sent it which was a lie. While Freedom might have good, positive, strong and professional results when nothing goes wrong, they fail miserably in the category of customer relations and customer support when something goes wrong and needs resolution. I have no complaints from my dealer contact (Eric), he really tried his best but was unable to get Freedom to resolve their internal issues. When it comes to contractors, it's important to rate them based on how well their customer support is when problems arise, not just in the happy-path when things go smoothly as they normally do. Solely based on Freedom's customer support, I do not recommend them to anyone wishing to hire a solar contractor/installer. I am at the point that I wish to receive my money back for this horrible customer experience for a product which I am paying for and cannot use.

      Think before you do business with freedom forever. The ceo need to go do undercover boss and check out his sales team that doesn't return calls anymore and during install screw him and Regional manager that says hes gonna give me a call and doesn't give me a call that just tells me has a new customer that just had their panels installed 4 days ago tells me a lot about this staff here at freedom forever.

      In July I started the process to install solar panels in my house with the company “Freedom Forever”. After many lies the salesman told me, I signed the paperwork to close the deal.
      My house and the loan with “MOSAIC” were approved.
      After two months of that, they came to do the installation with panels that were not the ones that were supposed to be, so they made me sign a document saying that I acknowledge that the reason for that was the problems with the global supply chain. They also told me that they would install 14 panels instead of the original 12, which made me think that the replacement panels were of lower quality. When they finished they told me that one of the panels didn’t work, “but next week a technician will come to fix the problem”, but the technician never came.
      After weeks of asking what was going on, they told me that before fixing the problem with the panel they needed to come to do the inspection. After weeks, they sent me a notification saying that the inspection was scheduled for November 11, but, once again, the inspectors didn’t come.
      Today, after more than 4 months, I’m already paying the loan in addition to the SDGE bill and I have no hope that the panels start working any time soon.

      Charles ******** was easy to work with and answered all our questions. He kept us up to date on our progress. Very professional installation. Freedom did all the paperwork with TEP and our HOA. Looking forward to seeing how well our system works in reducing our dependency on the power company.

      A truly awful experience. Every step of the way has been a disaster.
      They apparently don't believe in project mangers- so no one knows anything about what is going on ever. I've had to call numerous times to ensure things will happen and each time, no one knows anything and they've repeatedly had information wrong.
      I signed the contract in Feb, and still don't have a working system by December. Have had several times where months will go by and nothing happens and despite repeatedly reaching out, will not receive an update.
      They "inspected my roof" and said it was fine, got lucky and before they could install anything my roof leaked and I had to get it replaced. This was after they mis-measured another portion of my roof leading to us needing to move the locations of the panels.
      They tried to raise the price by $9000 after about 1/2 my panels were installed. After much back and forth and help from my sales rep, they only raised it by $1600.
      Finally, after having to follow up repeatedly, we had the final inspection almost 3 weeks ago. It might have passed, it might not have... I have no idea because no one has updated the Portal or provided an update, despite me reaching out repeatedly.
      The only thing they've done "punctually" is send invoices- they've sent me 5 invalid invoices: 2 before my 75% was due, 1 that overcharged by $1000. One time they said I hadn't paid my 75% when I actually had and the last time they asked for final payment when my final inspection hadn't happened yet.
      I can not emphasis enough how bad they've been in every phase of the project. Would give 0 stars if possible.
