      The gentlemen on the call was very helpful but my experience with this install has not been a good one. The crew wasnt professional there was damage to my garage floor and door and the system failed inspection.

      There desire and policy's to help you are excellent, 5 star!My last on site technician, ****, was excellent and nailed the problems right away. He new from my explanation of my system symptoms and history, what the solution ****** 3 previous on sight technicians, were not successful over the past 2 months.I would have hoped they would have access to a common database that would point them to a solution based on past service issues like mine.I would give them only 1 star for making me wait the 7 to ten business days after each of the 3 technicians unsuccessful attempts to fix the original problem. If **** was my first on site technician, they would have received 5 Stars from me
