      I purchased a membership to their club which included free shipping on parts. In print it says wait 72 hours before ordering probably however you have 72 hours grace period to cancel membership. This was not helpful at all . Still ****** for shipping

      I ordered a part from this company matched by VIN number for a 1999 **** A6 Quattro 2.8. They charged me for the wrong $150.00 for the part and it was the wrong part. They will not refund me my money nor take the part back. They are stating it's outside a 30 day return policy. I was assured it was the right part yet it was not.

      Purchase replacement parts for my vehicle. Corparts tried charging my c.c twice whithin 10 minutes. I called as soon as they opened, i had to accept a hood and radiator support due to being told it had already shipped from a third party they were receiving it from i could not cancel, i did canceled the rest of my order . they claim no hassle returns, a lie, hood show up, didn't have me sign for it but i was told i would, part left in my driveway with the box destroyed hood mangled. Contacted them and was told under review, then told 24 to 48 hours to process. 96 hours later i contacted them back only to have them denie the claim. Scammers, they don't stand behind there policy or product's. They didn't want to file a claim with the shipping company. I call the shipping company, they told me that carparts purchased from them and they would have to file a claim which they won't. ******** buyer be aware and stay away from them.

The first charge you noticed was a pre-authorization hold, which is a standard process used by banks to verify available funds. This hold automatically drops off within a few days and is not an actual charge. The final charges only occurred once tracking numbers were generated for your shipments. Since your order included multiple items shipping from different locations, you may have seen separate charges corresponding to each *********** for the damaged hood, I sincerely apologize for the condition in which it arrived. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return for a damaged freight item without the Shipping Protection Plan.Additionally, I want to mention that the Shipping Protection Plan (SPP), which is optional at checkout, offers coverage for incidents like this. Because this protection was not added to your order, were unable to move forward with a claim.We understand how upsetting this situation must be and regret that were unable to provide a different outcome in this case.       To follow up about carparts.com. 1st you list over ******* for free shipping, i purchased the item (hood) because it was showing in stock. Again less than 13 hrs. From time time you double charge me. I canceled my order and was told tuff stuff hood and radiator brace had already been shipped by a third party, that means you did not have the items, 2nd you say no hassle returns, a lie again. 3rd i traced down the shipping company about the item and that the driver didn't have me to sign for, and that he also he pushed it off the back of a box truck and took off. I was told that you/carparts have filed insurance claims against them for these things, and that since car parts ordered form a third part and carparts are the primary purchaser/ resaler that carparts have to file the claim with them aka (carrier), that i couldn't, which btw, i sure you did, to double dip, 3rd who ships a hood in a box with no bubble wrap/protection as big as they are? Btw there is not a way to pay for extra bubble wrap, Which btw makes since why it was damaged not adding the fact that it pushed off a box truck and fell 4 feet bouncing down my driveway before falling over, i even yelled hey hold up to the driver and he ran and jump in his truck and drove off, i understand you can't control your shipping companies you use, but the office person at the carrier said they would reimburse carparts for the cost of the item, and then you could reimburse me, i have talked to several representatives at carparts about this whole issue and was told from, it would be taken care of/ exchanged due to your shipping provider, which i wanted, to finally being told to buzz off. But i even offered to pay the offset insurance for item so everyone prosper from this experience but your staff are not helpful, or kind and was again told nope, nope,nope, which makes you and your company criminal/ internet scammers. There so many complaints about carparts.com its amazing your still in business, *****

      Placed two orders last Wednesday with delivery for last Saturday. I have received half of each order. I waited until today (Friday) to call. One package has been out for delivery with ***** several days on a row without being delivered and the other shipped from ************, ** to ************ before heading to **. (Oh...and the one in Philly didn't even ship out until Saturday - the day it was supposed to be delivered. It has not moved in days. **************** was less than helpful, rattling off to me transit information as if I had not already done the research. Their solution: wait for the parts to arrive. I WILL NEVER use them again. As a matter of fact, I recommend you stay far way and use ************** instead. I wish I could have remembered their name before I placed these orders.

      I purchased my part from car parts. Com because the shipping was quicker than others, since I needed to replace it over the weekend. After buying item, the delivery date changed from Saturday to Monday. I tried to cancel the order and they sent it, then charged me a fee of $8.50. False shipping estimates. It took 7 days to ship. Should've kept with ********* or any other one. ********* only took 3 days to ship and it was cheaper.

      At first I received the wrong brakes clips for the pads, it was my fault. After talking with one of their **** I was able to receive the right ones, got them today and I'm very happy because you don't know how many times I have brought the wrong one and the waisted money spent, thanks CarPart!

      The lack of consolidation on large orders is a real let down. They have no problem shipping 3000 miles across the **** but won't ship 1000 miles to ******. I'll also add that I had to use a freight forwarder and I'm charged 40 bucks minimum per package. Well, they shipped the items 1 at a time. Those set of headlights? Yep, 40 bucks per headlight on top of thw shipping I was charged to send it to **********. I won't be back as a customer.
