      Subject: Request for Refund Due to Failed Delivery CarParts: I am writing to bring to your attention the delivery issues I encountered with my recent order, details of which are as follows:Delivery Fee Paid On August 13, 2024, the shipment was out for delivery to the recipient at 10:55 AM, as per the tracking information. However, despite being available to receive the delivery, the shipment was held at the destination service center without any valid reason provided. Subsequently, an attempted delivery was made at 5:17 PM, falsely stating that I was unavailable to receive it, which is not accurate.Due to the failed delivery and the inconvenience caused, I had to personally arrange for a driver to retrieve the car hood from the **************** location, despite having paid a delivery fee for the shipment to be delivered to the ****** SC address.I am hereby requesting a full refund of the delivery fee as the requested order was not delivered as promised. I trust that CarParts values customer satisfaction and will promptly address this matter to ensure a satisfactory resolution.I kindly request that the refund be processed at the earliest convenience. ***************************

      This website is ****, I ordered a part and they said I would receive it on August 16 2024. I ordered it August 9th. I get an email today on August 14th, after they said I would receive it on the 16th, that said they couldn't get it for me and would refund me on a physical check within 7-10 business days from today!! DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

      I ordered a driver's door window for a '95 **** F350. What I got was a driver's door window for a '95 **** F350 in the air-condition green perfect fit. Excellent condition. Well packed and the shipping was on time. I think car parts and my next need I will give them a call!
