      An accurate record of out-of-stock parts will be helpful. I ordered a brake master for my Mercedes GL 450 SUV twice based on inaccurate availability information. I still don't know how my refund of $160.95 charged twice will be processed.

      Returned a part in its original packaging and never received the refund that was promised. Four Emails sent with no responce. But they have sent me three customer review Emails.

      "Guaranteed fit" is just a scam!Bought a "guaranteed fit" CV Axle for 80$ there. After replacing the old one with it, the car started making loud noise. Brought it to an Auto shop. The CV axle was not fitting for my car model and caused the wheel bearing to go bad. Ended up with 675$ invoice from the shop for a new (fitting) CV axle and and a new wheel bearing.carparts.com is accepting a return for the wrong CV axle (80$), but even if I have a written message from my auto mechanic, that the carparts.com CV axle caused the problems, they refuse to do anything about it. Worst experience ever with their customer service and process!
