      Car Parts Rush, they are a bunch of illegal aliens that have come into America and learned how to scam ******** people by acting nice and friendly. We don't need anymore criminals in our country, we have enough as it is! My question is what is going to be done about it? $200.00 for a used junkyard bumper! People don't deal with these people that have Indian accents in the junkyard business if you know what's good for you..

      Had to return part. **************** was extremely poor. It's been three weeks and still no refund, even though their warehouse received the item. I am constantly asking for updates and they told me I should have refund 2-3 days, It's been 5. I asked for an update and no response after 24 hrs.

      First time on website, even though I saw bad reviews, and mine is a great review. I looked up my part online and picked out a "new" headlamp for my ****** and the shipping at checkout was still the same $$ and I received the part in just a few days AND it was "new", and at less than 1/2 dealer price. It was packaged perfectly in a box that even *** couldn't break. I was better than pleased with the headlamp. I definitely will be purchasing again and would recommend www.carparts.com I just wish we could make laws for only 2 reviews against companies= good or none, because if a company has been in business a long time with no reviews, then that might be a negative, but to have bad reviews could be based solely on one bad employee and not right to tear down a possible good company. I had a great experience with CarParts **************

      They don't even deserve one star. Ordered a dash overlay that was suppose to be dark blue. They sent a light blue one and it was returned. They recieved the part on August 1st and still have not issued my refund on August 16. Might have been scammed out of $200. Very unhappy.

      8/14/****. ***************** online to find a fender for my **** **** expedition,and up pops car parts.com offering the fender at a good price, so I ordered it (fender was $10 less than the shipping cost), but they sent me a fender for an Acura....then when I called to return it, they tell me I have to pay shipping back to them, because I ordered the wrong fender.....what a scam, the shipping cost would be twice what the price of the fender was in the first place..... then they said they would refund me $10.....I will never do business with them again. This company is a bunch of Scammers beware!

After investigating, it turns out that the part number bought is for a ******* Elantra from 2007 to 2010 and not a ***** Additionally, the system fails to capture any information on the vehicle, which might mean that no year, make, or model was chosen when placing the order for the part on our website. Before or after finding a part, choosing the appropriate vehicle is crucial to determining whether the item will fit with the selected vehicle. However, we'd also want to know your side, especially how you placed the order. This will help us see areas where we can improve in the future.       These people are nothing but scam artists their company is Shady at least I've talked to several correspondents they to you we have received your part back we already approved the refund you'll have it in 72 hours then the date comes and goes I sent the part back by tracking they received it on June 18th and it is going on August 10th still have not received the refund we are not talking peanuts here couple hundred these people I think have no intention of trying to give you your money back even though they charge you 20% restocking fee

Based on our records, the warehouse received the return on the 19th of July, however, the item will have to undergo inspection. Our return warehouse is behind with the inspection process; hence, the refund took longer and went beyond the 7 calendar days time frame provided. One of our customer service representative escalated the issue and the refund was processed on the 11th of August. you will receive a credit approved email and posting will depend on your bank.       Do not buy parts from ************. They are selling parts they don't have and customer service representatives are lying to customers. On 7/24/23 I purchased a muffler for my ********* The web site showed it was in stock and would be received by 7/31/23. But I never received the muffler. I called customer service on 8/3/23 and "Sly" told me ***** lost the package and there were no more mufflers in stock. I checked the web site and it showed there WAS mufflers in stock. I contacted customer service via email and was told by representative ************ that there was one in stock and he order a replacement that would ship in that day's delivery so I could have it in 3-5 business days. It's now 8/10/23, and I haven't received the muffler I contacted customer service again to let them know I did not receive my order. Their representative, ******, said there were no mufflers in stock so he canceled my order. I wrote back saying the web site shows there ARE mufflers in stock and I could have one delivered by 8/16/23. I included pictures from the web site showing mufflers were available and confirming the delivery date.The another anonymous representative (no name on the email) said the order placed by ************ was not actually processed.Now I'm being told again that the muffler is not in stock when the web site shows it's in stock.How many customers are being used like this? Carpart.com is taking money for parts they don't have, holding it for weeks, earning interest on the money, and then holding the money even longer while they process a refund that take another week!Scam, Scam, Scam, Scam.Do NOT buy from carpart.com I hope others see this and order from a different company.******************

      Return 2 items to them. ***** confirms they received them on 07/28/2023. I have waited *************************************************************************************************************************** 2 to 3 days. From reading all the other reviews, I doubt I will see anything returned. I was trying to help my son get parts for his car but ordered they wrong items and I don't have the money to waste. Unfortunate that they treat people this way.

      I was told by Carparts.com customer service I would receive my money back. I never received the part I ordered. Then I was told that they would not give my $69.00 back because the address was wrong. And the address was not wrong. They refused to honor the money back guarantee that was promised. Even after over a month of telling me they would refund my money.
