      I ordered a Bypass Hose Assembly for my 2008 **** F150, something I could not get at a local area parts dealer, got it when they said I would get it, and it was an exact OEM fit. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.Thank you

      I've been waiting 23 day's for a refund. They keep telling me 24 hrs to 7 day's. Nothings resolved and it's been 23 day's and nights now.

      Very disappointed in Carparts.com. I place one order that arrived separately. The **** dodge brake line kit a arrived first with the wrong fittings. The the brake pads arrived a few days later and they were for a different vehicle. Both times I had a mechanic come to my home to find I have the wrong parts, then I had buy the correct parts locally. I returned the parts and the pads went to Hempsted, NY and the Brake Lines shipped to *****.I was told that I was credited for the brake lines but there was a hold up on be brake pads refund. Now its been weeks still empty promises saying the same thing. Reading all these many other recent reviews on here looks like Carparts.com is treating many of us customers badly. They will waste your time and make you keep trying to stay on top of it. They started off just needing my phone number to look it up and then knowing my email address the next time I call and they could look it up , but that was the last time they could look it up with ease. The 3rd-7th calls to customer service they could no longer look my orders up with ease. They have nearly $85 dollars they have promised me many times to no avail.

      I gave a one star only because there is nothing lower than this...i returned a part for a refund they received it on the 10 of july and as of yet i still haven't gotten a refund.i have been in contact with an a live person 4 times and they all have the same responses which is give us a few more days to process this i didn'[t take them a month to get my payment for their part so there is no good reason that i shouldn't have gotten my money back... they tell me the part weighs 10 pounds more than when they shipped it to me, well that ca not be it was sent by fed ex using the packaging that they sent it to me in nothing added whatsoever... I WILL NEVER USE CARPARTS.COM for ANYTHING. i am a business owner and yes i am a mechanic so i am buying parts all the time for customers and i will never again use them for anything...

      These people dont deserve NOT ONE star. I give them a negative star! I purchased an aluminum core plastic tank radiator for a 2006 ******** **** S500 Base. The first CSR said that the part was delivered after 7pm last night to the front office. The front office closes at 5pm. Checked with the front office and no package delivered. I asked the rep for a Supervisor and she put me on hold forever then hung up. The 2nd *** said it was delivered this morning at 8:15 am. It takes 48 hours to speak with a Supervisor. Again, no package at front office. The guy never delivered the part! Hes not even on camera! Both customer service reps were insensitive and well-trained to not help anyone get a part redelivered that was paid for or a refund. I had to go through my bank to get a refund. This place is a scam! This business shouldnt be open nor more or less able to collect peoples hard working money. These people donot care about their customers AT ALL. Youll be better off going to another company who works with you and act like they care instead of dealing with these people. $217.02 My bank helped me faster than they did.

They have disregarded my calls about my refund for an order they messed up.i shipped parts back they received them July 6th it's now the 28th and still nothing. They are only supposedly send back less than half of my refund. I will never do business with this company again!!! And I won't refer them.nothing but thiefs

      We received a part that did not function in the car.We requested a return label. They sent a core return label for the new part we sent back.We did not know it was a core label.I have tried to get a refund. This company does not have direct customer service phone lines.I have an open ticket to check on the return but no action has been addressed. They are trying to verify the part we sent back was their new part and not a core part.I have spent hours on hold. People hanging up etc.I have been kind and patient.I was given an employee name and ID on the open issue.I cant reach the person to speak and follow up.We are out $ ****** and they have their original part back.We are very unhappy customers.

      Ordered parts from this place 2 weeks ago. Only received half of what I ordered which came 3 days later. 11 days later still haven't received the rest of my package. Tried calling and was hung up on 3 different times. Finally after the 18th time calling I get thru just to hear I can't get a refund till I receive my package can't cancel to reship anything. Which doesn't make any sense to me at all. One guy I talked to told me I could but hung upon me. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from these people especially if it's time sensitive on getting your car fixed. My daughter goes back to college in 2 days was hoping to have her car fixed before she left. That's the reason I ordered 2 weeks ago so it would be ready for her. Now I have 2 days left no parts and our of money for the parts I've been waiting on. And now have to buy them all over again from somewhere else just so she can go to school with her car. Never again will I ever buy anything from them or refer anyone to this place. The parts or cheaper and so is there customer service. Perfect example of you get what you pay for. SMH! SO FRUSTRATING!
