      Daughter ordered parts August 5 was told they would be delivered by end of day August 7 2022 now August 10 and two phone calls still no parts and it would be another 3-4 days.Was sent a tracking number which said parts were shipped August 5 but appears to still be at warehouse and after second call today they were to reship, not sure if going to get parts or not? Really disappointed because I know they just built a new warehouse not far from me for big truck parts, operating like this cant last long

      I bought a part from this company and the part is defective and or damaged. my car is sitting in a shop I need to speak with a specialist from this company to figure out who's at fault I place a call to the company and left my phone number so a tech can call me back now it's the end of the work day and still haven't hear from anyone so I called again to get run around so my car has to sit in the shop and I am getting charged by the day that my car sits there as I wait to hear from someone from this company horrible service

      When I ordered, PayPal immediately paid. After 3 days I called to find out why I had not received confirmation from CarParts. I was put on hold and emails showed up confirming order. I purchased a kit. Items were shipped from different locations. (Defeats purpose of buying a kit). Both items arrived late. One 3 days after promised. The other 5 days let.

      I ordered my part and paid for a 3 day delivery service my part was supposed to be here Tues the 25 here it is 5 days past the delivery date in which I paid for I think you guys should pay all delivery fees for your customers cause it seems like you are False Advertising and leaving us stuck with a bad taste in our mouths about the service of your company and your partner Fed Ex I would like to get my part delivered ASAP or I will use your competitors website to order my upcoming purchases
